L emplacement est super. Près du centre historique. Très bien situé. Les 2 etages se montent facilement. Une pièce cuisine et 2 chambres 2 salles de bains. La literie est confortable.. nous n étions de retour que le soir pour dormir. Le matin pour le petit déjeuner bouilloire et cafetière moka. A côté de 2 boulangeries..Le restaurant en face Mangiafuoco est excellent.

L appartement manque d aération. Les fenêtres donnent sur 2 cours. Les odeurs et les bruits montent.

We have been changed our apartment in the last minute and changed to an apartment that is far from city center and the condition is below our expectation. what’s more, booking.com will not do anything about it.

Location but also it’s right in the thick of tourist town and BUSY.

No WiFi the whole time. I couldn’t work. The managers and owners ignored my concerns about getting compensation as I specifically booked this place for WiFi as I needed to work as well. They offered and place for a half a day to use as an office 5 minutes from home but that’s not what I paid for. The place is old it REAKED of sewerage to which they ignored every message I sent about it. The beds were uncomfortable. Pillows flat as paper it gave me a neck ache and I couldn’t sleep. The bathrooms sink plug blocked and couldn’t unblock it so couldn’t use the sink for the entire stay.

Super good location. Near to the cathedra.

The location was amazing -- in easy walking distance to so much of the historic area of Florence, markets, restaurants and shops.

One bedroom smelled a little of cigarettes, but we think the smell was coming in from outside.

Owner was very nice and helpful

We liked the location close to a lot of Firenze attractions.

We had to wait until we’ll after our check in time to meet the host and then another wait for the apartment to be cleaned. I had messaged them about my hat to see if the cleaner saw it there but never got a response. The apartment was lacking a few basics like wine glasses and there wasn’t even a couch to sit on, only a dining table.
