This beautifully designed house was made for family get togethers. The kitchen, where everyting that we needed was furnished, dining table and living room were all open for everyone to have a place to sit and also to easily interact. The living room was flooded with sunlight coming from the second story windows. The loft Master Bedroom with a lovely en suite bathroom was huge with an oversized easy chair and "his and hers" closets. Sliding doors led to a backyard porch with a scenic view of the golf course where I looked every morning to see if any deer were there, as they so often were.

This was a wonderful place for our trip to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Ouray, Silverton and Telluride. We all were very comfortable. The house was clean and we all rested very well with a great place to come home to each evening!

Home was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Home is in a great location to Black Canyon, shopping and restaurants. If we are ever in this location again we will definite rent from Rhonda.

The house was very comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. The loft bedroom area is perfect for a couple. Montrose is a great area to stay for your visits to surrounding areas.

Owners were very easy to contact. The house was very clean & nice patios. The master bedroom was huge & had a small deck (upstairs). There was only 1 problem…the air conditioning units in the 3 bedrooms were loud. We really enjoyed our stay there & would rent this house again !!!

This house worked great for us. The central location on the western slope allowed access to a very wide range of places and activities. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.

We had plenty of space for our week-long stay. It did get hot during the day because of the lack of a central AC unit, especially in the common area and the upstairs loft. The wall AC units are only installed in the bedrooms and they are a bit too noisy. The rest of the house is very well-appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook a family meal The bathrooms are remodeled. Overall, I would recommend this property.

This house has a great open floor plan which helps with a family! It was fresh & clean, nicely appointed. Appreciated the kitchen appliances (small), adequate towels, laundry soap. Our grandkids enjoyed seeing deer out the back door every night!

The house is beautiful. I was very surprised at how well equipped it was. the only thing missing was a smaller pot to cook in. We really enjoyed staying there. My daughter even thanked me for renting such a nice house. We would definitely stay there again, if we ever get back to Colorado.

Great property, would stay again!!

Stayed at this little gem for a three day girls getaway golf tournament weekend. It was perfect for us - very clean and a great location as we were golfing at all three courses in Montrose. Owner was super easy to communicate with. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again! The only small suggestion we have is maybe adding a mirror in the bedrooms as we were a group of women and all needed a place to primp. lol. PS - We loved the dog theme!! Very cute and fun!

My family loves this place. We have stayed there several times. The location is very convenient for anything you need in town. The washer and dryer have been updated with new ones since our last stay.

The house was perfect, exactly as described, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The garage was great as well. We were in town on a hunting trip and we were able to keep all our hunting gear in the garage. The heat in the garage dryed out our gear each night so we were ready for the next days hunt. I would recommend this house and would stay there again.

We loved the convenient location of this home and the home itself was roomy and reasonably clean. The kitchen was adequately equipped, although there were no sharp knives. The air conditioning is provided by a window unit in each of the downstairs bedrooms and a large wall unit in the upstairs bedroom, which is actually a loft and not a closed bedroom. Once we figured out how to operate those air conditioners and to turn them way down and leave them on constantly, we were pretty comfortable in the evenings and nights. The furniture was comfortable, but reading lamps were not available. The bathrooms were updated, roomy, and nice. Communication with the property manager was easy and responsive. If you stay here, be sure and take note of the caution to avoid locking the deadbolt on the front door and then locking the door to the garage when you leave through the garage. We forgot that cautionary note one time and found ourselves locked out of the house. Fortunately, it wasn't that late in the evening and a phone call to the property manager quickly resolved the problem. One problem with the property is the large window in the front with a shade that stays about half way open because there is no remote control to lower it and it can't be reached to lower it manually. A lot of morning light comes in through that window and could be a problem for those who like to sleep late. Overall, we were content with our stay and would consider a return visit.

I am a wedding and event planner. My husband and I were in Montrose so I could do a wedding. Everything about this property was perfect. Plenty of space for me to do flowers. My husband was able to golf. We would definitely stay again.

The place ha seven recently remodeled and beautifully so. I want the name of their decorator. Seriously. Everything you need for a comfy stay, we cooked 3 of 4 nights in the kitchen. Loved being able to park in the garage. TV was nice to have and WiFi was great. Good spot for us to explore Black Canyon, Ouray, and even Telluride. Only two minor negatives - one was the radiant heat kept me up the first night because the pipes made noise as they expanded, but we just turned off the heat for the rest of the stay, didn’t need it. But might be an issue in colder months if you’re a light sleeper. The other was it was on a main road so road noise might be an issue if you’re a light sleeper, too. But honestly the place was so nice and comfy those things weren’t a big deal.

We were on 3-week road trip and this was our favorite vacation rental of all! Great property, clean, well stocked, in quiet neighborhood, with nice views of golf course. Great kitchen! Easy check-in and superfast responses from property manager Rhonda to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Montrose!
