Cet appartement récemment rénové et modernisé offre une excellente base pour une location de vacances.
L'appartement:
Situé au troisième étage du complexe à proximité de nombreux bars, restaurants et clubs avec des vues fantastiques sur la mer et sur la station. Garden City offre la possibilité d'avoir un moment de détente et l'occasion de goûter tout ce que Tenerife a à offrir.
L'appartement a une double donnant sur balcon ouvert du Sud avec une superbe vue panoramique sur l'océan où vous pouvez vous détendre et regarder les couchers de soleil du soir (2 chaises longues et des sièges supplémentaires fournis).
Il y a un grand salon ouvert avec cuisine moderne à l'arrière; y compris le four ordinaire, plaques de cuisson, réfrigérateur et congélateur. Le salon a deux portes coulissantes sur le balcon. La télévision par satellite complexe est inclus avec vos chaînes irlandaises et européennes / britanniques préférés.
Il y a 2 grandes chambres doubles, chacune avec 2 lits simples, placards avec beaucoup d'étagères et tiroirs. L'une des chambres est attenante. L'autre a un double accès de porte coulissante sur le balcon.
En outre, il y a aussi une pleine taille de salle de bain fraîchement décorée (bain remplacée par une douche de plain-pied).
Wifi et des coffres-installations sont disponibles à la réception complexe (payant).
Le complexe est situé dans la région de San Eugenio de Las Americas et est familial et convivial.
Les ascenseurs sont à la disposition de chaque étage.

Loved the apt very roomy..love 2 bathrooms especially having 1 teenagers qith us..great view watching sun come up and down o ee the seateenagers

Great location, facilities are clean and well organised. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. I'd definitely recommend. The only slight negative was lack of WiFi, not for the adults but the teen funsuckers who looked like they'd lost a limb and griped about it daily (oh joy) however pool bar has free WiFi. Garden city has WiFi but only available to none private guests.

Lovely apartment - loved watching the sunset on the balcony!
Location is great, easy walk to playa de las americas in one direction and adeje in the other - can walk miles along the coast!

Great apartment in a very good complex in an excellent location with shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Apartment was fab with a huge balcony and very well equipped. Aircon and hair dryer would be good but other than that no complaints and would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

There were only 2 of us for this booked 2 bed apartment, spacious, clean and tidy, reasonable views from the balcony, my only disappointment is the apartment isn't available for my visit in November

Ideally located in Torviscas with 2 pool areas and bar on site. Clean well equipped with two bedrooms and a large balcony with sun loungers table and chairs. Also two bathrooms which is so useful. Host helpful and quick replies to any queries. Found beds very comfortable. All in all was great- only thing would improve it really is air con but fans in all rooms. Lovely views of sunset across the sea.

Great apartment on a nice complex. Staff in reception and shop friendly and helpful. Cleaners came in twice in our two week stay making up beds with fresh sheets and giving bathrooms etc a going over. Apartment is central to everything and Playa Fannabe and Playas Las Americas if you want to also explore these areas is approximately 20 minutes walk or you can take a taxi from the rank just up the room for approximately 4 euros or again the bus just up the road.
Overall good apartment. Only thing to mention is would have liked softer beds.

The property is in a nice location near to a lot of amenities. It was clean with OK facilities, but we had issues with our stay as we were two adults couples and although it is advertised as two double rooms, the second is not really a double room. It had a double bed in it, but you had to climb over each other to get in and out of it, not really what you want in the middle of the night. No window and you could not swing a cat in it, so only really good for children in bunk beds in truth. Also one of the group has mobility issues and needed to hire a mobility scooter to get around, but the reception security refused to let us park it anywhere on site or charge the battery. So we had to find alternative accommodation on the second night as we could not stay there. They should have said not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues or requiring the use of a mobility device and that the second bedroom was so small. The property would only be good for younger people with small children, but for us it was a complete waste of our money as we had to find alternative accomodation.

This is a fantastic apartment and the photos don’t do it justice. Great for 4 people sharing.
Pros:
- Spacious, new bathrooms, well equipped
- Two pools on complex and affordable bar/cafe
- Walking distance to shops and bars and only 10 min walk to Siam Park, a real bonus
Cons:
- Just one but it really impacted our enjoyment of the holiday. The walls and floors are really thin. We stayed 4 nights and each night were woken for long periods of time. The first night the nearby Iberostar had a booming party til very late. The next night/morning we were woken at 5am by the person above us moving furniture for 1.5 hrs; it sounded like they were cleaning but a strange choice for Easter Sunday. The following night it was neighbours arriving back at 3.15 am and arguing - the same last night. It was topped off by drilling starting the second it hit 9am, two floors up.
We tried putting the fans on to produce ‘white noise’ and used earplugs but I’m completely exhausted and can’t wait for my own bed. However I can see we did get unlucky as surrounding us are lots of polite families and older couples - we just got the disrespectful idiots on all sides. If you want guaranteed peace then I wouldn’t suggest this but if you are a heavy sleeper or plan to party yourself, go for it!

Stayed here 7-17 AUG 2022. A well maintained apartment, located very nearby Siam Waterpark (7 minutes walk) and Siam Mall at walking distance, many different restaurants to have good food all starting in about 5 minutes walking. Large supermarket Mercadona at about 7 minutes walking. Fanabe beach 10 minutes walking. All in all a great place to stay and enjoy for the holidays. ***Recommended***

Garden City.
The property is in excellent condition and very close to all basic amenities. We were situated to the rear of the complex and were not disturbed by loud music coming from some of the nearby bars. We tried a couple of the local bars for breakfast and were happy with the price and quality. We would use this complex again.

Nice apartment
There was plenty of everything for our stay, cutlery, towels and bedding. Bedding changed three times during our two weeks, the only problem was the beds were a little firm for our liking otherwise very nice apartment, will use again.

The property was ok, but with a few wee touches could be excellent.
If money was spent on WiFi hairdryer, new cooker, a new tv & showers updated. I.e had to go and purchase remote control batteries to get tv to work, more input to little things would make a vast difference.

50th with the family
We booked and stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration, only dissappointment was 4 members of our party were unable to travel due to the UK governments inability to manage the Covid-19 pandemic correctly and put travellers back from Tenerife into 14 day isolation upon arrival back - only myself and wife stayed at this 2 bedroom apartment. Overall the apartment was clean and tidy, only dissappointment was showever heads not working properly

The apartment was perfect for our needs, great location, sun nearly all day on the balcony. Pool bar excellent value and served good food as did the Winning post bar. Hope to return next year.

Lovely apartment
Had a lovely stay over Christmas and New year. Large apartment. Nice new bathrooms. View exactly as shown. Couple of little points (as previous reviewers have mentioned) A long mirror would be nice also a hairdryer. Cleaner came in twice to change towels and bed linen and a quick clean which was good. Would definitely stay again and have recommended it to my friends Very handy for large supermarket 5 min walk away. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. We particularly like Rossini's. Nice large apartment for a reasonable price. . Easy to book and Valerie very helpful.

Needs complete update
Good location and a great view but this apartment needs money spent on it. The beds were very uncomfortable and equipment in kitchen was bare minimum plumbing def needs sorting as do the shower fitments I have holiday let’s at the same nightly price and wouldn’t dream of letting customers come to such bad quality. I would not of wrote this review but the owner isn’t answering my e mail

Great spacious apartment ideal for two couples plenty of entertainment and restaurants nearby.
Only thing missing was wi fi availability apart from that had a brilliant time will definitely book again.

Another fantastic stay in Garden City at this great apartment
This was our second stay here and we were not disappointed choosing to go for a second time. The apartment is excellent, very clean and has everything you need. The balcony has excellent views and it is a real pleasure sitting on it any time of the day or night. The complex is very clean and the pool area very nice and we could always get a sun bed, which was great. The bar serves simple but tasty and well priced food and they have a great afternoon show twice a week which was always fun and entertaining. It is in a great location, not far from the beach and the area has lots of great bars, shops and restaurants, so everything you could ask for.

Fabulous Property
Fabulous property spotlessly clean, owner is so helpful, this is our 4th visit, flat very spacious, balcony has full sun ,double awning, will be returning.
The complex is also lovely and reception staff very helpful poolside area is amazing lifeguards are so friendly and helpful helping with sun beds and umbrellas, great entertainment 2 days a week and lovely food.

Great Location
This apartment is in a great location beside bars & restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The apartment has a lovely sea view balcony which get the sun until late. The kitchen & bathrooms are well equipped and if there are any maintenance issued these are resolved very quickly on contacting reception. Would definitely recommend.

Superb Views From 1st Class Apartment
We stayed here from 4th to 31st Hanuary 2019. Good sized double bedroom Ed apartment. Having one bedroom en suite with an additional main toilet was a big bonus. The kitchen is well equipped with halogen hobs and fully operational oven/grill. Made several meals with no problems. The fact that the TV has all 5 main UK channels can make going out at night difficult for telly couch potatoes like us!! The view from the double balcony is simply stunning looking over the terracotta rooftiles of the apartments in front to the the sea and island of La Gomera beyond. We have already booked for next year and would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to holiday in Tenerife.
