清潔感がありました。スタッフの対応は　早かったです。 朝ごはんは　おしゃれで　美味しくて　最高でした。

テレビへの接続ができなくて　スタッフさんに頼むと　パソコン自体の不具合だった様です。 部屋に　フロントとの連絡ツールが無い為　いちいち　フロント迄　降りる形だったのが　困った点です。部屋にパジャマが無くて　チェックインの時　その旨を言って欲しかったです。浴槽無しが　寒い時の宿泊だったので　残念でした。近くの日帰り温泉へ　料金払って行きました。

朝食は予想以上に良かった。次回は朝、もっと時間取ってゆっくり食べたい。 900円プラスの部屋グレ－ドアップの内容の通知が欲しい。

チェックインの時に渡された宿泊に関する小さな説明書は、年配者には字が小さすぎるので、2倍ぐらいの大きさで渡してほしい。

I liked how the slogan stays true to its name. We really did stay for the breakfast and I'm really glad we did.

Location very convenient. Breakfast was a wonderful taste experience of delicious flavours. The staff went to extra trouble to make sure I was able to eat the food with my special dietary considerations.

Yamato was in the perfect location right next to the river and restaurants right up against the mountain. For my first time to Japan it was awesome to experience the unique and delicious breakfast included every morning. I have never felt so good throughout the day than after eating that meal! The staff was very friendly and helpful with each question and also spoke great English even though that was not expected. I can't say enough about how awesome Japan is and how awesome and nice the staff are at this hotel and the other hotels we stayed as well. Highly reccomend!

Room curtains is not thick enough to shade the light in the early morning. Suggest to change to darker curtains.

I liked the cleanliness, the breakfast was amazing.

No comfortable seating in the room. No kettle or microwave. extremely tiny room. The maids only changed towels and did not make the beds.

Loved the staff. They were very accommodating and ready to help. My japanese isn't the best and they were amazing enough to have bilingual staff. A 10 minute walk to see monkeys, 15 minutes to be on the main street, 20 minites walk to the bamboo forest. Beautiful scenery and would stay again!

The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The check-in hosts spoke very good English and were always eager to help. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated. It felt like I was staying in an art gallery. The included breakfasts were works of art and delicious. I've never had a dining experience like it before. I appreciate the effort made to have English translations explaining each dish and how it should be eaten to get the fullest experience of the food. The location was wonderful. Many tourist spots were within walking distance.

The tablet television was very small and kept loosing its signal. I eventually had to turn it off and watch movies on my phone.

Breakfast was a highlight of my trip : a beautiful variety of dishes carefully curated and prepared by a very talented Chef and team. Warm, welcoming and very helpful staff in the dining room and lobby. Attention to detail and excellent amenities in the room and lounge.

Everything was perfect.

The staff was really friendly, same for the chef. The breakfast was such an experience.

Initially I thought the location was far from kyoto centre but finally it was only few stop from the train with the JR line.

The lounge and breakfast area was nice and cosy.

The room was small and the tap was located in the bedroom which I find it weird. Also, there is no heating in the bathroom which makes it hard for me to shower in the morning.

Reception staff spoke fluent English, especially this young gentleman, who was very enthusiastic to chat with us. Hotel stay included an omakase style breakfast which was top notch and way exceeded the value paid. Room while not huge, had good layout and will be spacious enough for two pax with big luggage. Don't miss the awesome warabimochi shop nearby.

Heat insulation can be improved as the area near the window is colder and the heating doesn't get circulated so well to the bathroom area.

Everything was great. Very cozy, comfortable, in a very isolated and quiet place.

The location is excellent and facilities are plentiful for any kind of stay. Everything is excellent. I will be booking again.

The facilities are quite nice but restaurant menu needs quite improvement, which is a minor issue. There is no car park provided by the facility, which is generally common in Japan and park prices were not also known. Parking is an issue. The rooms are quite comfortable for Kyoto standards but not competitively. There was not a TV in the room but a tablet only.
