Increase Room size.I have booked delex room but provide normal room as per website room pic very different.

Good service and convenient .to airport.

Rooms to disinfect in this covid pandemic. To spray with air freshener before any guest oiccupies the room.

Maneger and stuff is good and very helpful and they gave me free ride to airport as an complimentary. They guide me to their hotel when i feel i am not getting their location and instead they offer me to pick me up from airport but i choose to go by myself. It was good as customer i like their support.

Thing i didn't like and face problem is room bed and fan are in place that suppose to be bed is in other side and fan is otherside. Otherwise all good everyone is good and easy to communicate and very helpfull.

Location of the hotel is good it is close to airport. Neighbourhood has a good market you get all essentials. The gentry also appeared gentle, well mannered and cooperative. Couple of sweet shops in the market offered typical Bengali sweets which we very much enjoyed. The hotel has tried to incorporate all possible aspects of a star hotel.But there is lot of scope to improve upon. Staff is both well behaved and responsive. Language can be a problem.

Room size was small than expected/assured. Fan made noise at low speed. Work in bath room is untidy.Small size also. Wash basin very small and mirror wrongly fitted. Sofa was annoying if you sit you almost slide to ground.
