La propriété est grande spacieuse le jardin avec la piscine et tres agreable. La maison est tout equipe linge vaisselle equipement bebe. Acceuil de Monsieur Jorges est parfait. Nous avons passer un agreable sejour.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Il vous donne beaucoup d'informations sur les lieux que vous voulez visiter. Il est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. L'accueil du 1er jour fut très sympathique après avoir effectué un long voyage. Il sait vous mettre à l'aise. Il est très respectueux de la vie privé de ses locataires. Le logement est très bien situé. Bref, je dois retourner au Portugal, j'aimerai beaucoup y séjourner. Sandrine TROTOUX

Nous avons passé une semaine à Figueira Da Foz dans la maison de Jorge. La maison est très agréable, très calme, la piscine est très grande. La localisation est idéale, 5-10 minutes à pieds de la plage, à proximité des commerces, des parcs, du marché, etc... Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous recommandons cette location, principalement si vous recherchez un endroit tranquille ou se reposer et profiter de la piscine. Pour finir, le gros point positif est la sympathie du propriétaire, Jorge, très amical, toujours prêt à aider et à vous renseigner. Nous avons vraiment apprécié discuter avec lui et le remercions à nouveau :)

The location of the appartement is perfect in a quiet neighborhood and still close to everything in Figueira. Same goes for the pool area. There was more than enough room for the four us. In general you get what is needed although it is rather old fashioned. The renter shows large attention to his tenants and the dog is playful. The appartement is only used in the season and due to that the use of dehumidifiers is noticeable.

M. Jorge nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié sa compagnie, ainsi que celle de Joca, sa chienne Labrador. Nous les avons quittés avec regret. Je recommande cette location aux personnes qui souhaitent passer un agréable séjour au Portugal.

Dès notre arrivé, Jorge (le propriétaire) c'est montré très accueillant. Visite des lieux et apéritif de bienvenue. La maison est bien équipée et grande. Bien située, 10min à pied du centre et 15 min de la plage. La piscine à l'eau de mer avec ces nombreux équipements est un bonheur (matelas gonflable, bateau, bar, musique, douche....). La chienne ne pose aucun problème. Bien éduquée, Joca ne rentre pas dans la location. Nous remercions encore Jorge pour le séjour, de très bon conseil et à l'écoute, c'est une très bonne personne.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. La maison est grande, bien équipée, la piscine est idéale pour se baigner en famille. Le propriétaire est agréable et toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande cette location

We had a nice stay at Figueira da Foz. The house is well equipped with everything you can imagine and all you need. From kitchen tools to toys for the kids and parents. Very positive! Perhaps it's better to have an inventory before you pack your stuff at home. can save a lot of time and space in the car. We had a kindly welcome by the house owner and his dog. Jorge did all he can to made the visit as best it can get. Figueira da Foz is a good town on the beach to discover the middle of Portugal. If you want to visit some historical sites and to discover the feeling of What Portugal is all about. In max90 minutes driving you can discover a lot of it. The house itself is well located, not in the most crowded part of the city. But walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Nice free summer concerts and lot's to see in the city itself.

Très bonne réservation avec le propriétaire parlant le français. La maison est située à Figueira da Foz proche de la plage et des commerces. La maison est composée d une partie à l étage ou vivent le propriétaire et sa chienne. Au rez-de-chaussée se situe la location spacieuse avec une belle terrasse. elle dispose de tous les équipements. Un jardin particulièrement bien entretenu et une piscine de belles dimensions agrémenteront vos vacances. La piscine dispose de tous les équipements. Les photos et descriptifs sont fidèles à la réalité. Le propriétaire avait tout prévu à notre arrivée (nourriture de première necessite) jusqu'à nous offrir l apéritif à plusieurs reprises. Sa présence sur place nous a permis d avoir de bons conseils sur les activités du secteur et nous expliquer les us et coutumes du Portugal. (Si vous n aimez pas la présence quotidienne du propriétaire sur place passez votre chemin...) Belles prestations pour cette offre locative.

Maison très spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, piscine très grande et local piscine équipé de douche, toilettes et bar, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des vacances idéales. Espace vert de bonne dimension, équipée comme il se faut pour des déjeuners à l'ombre ou au soleil, selon l'heure. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant, soucieux du bien-être de ses vacanciers et répond positivement à toute sollicitation, toujours prêt à rendre service. Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance.

La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée, la piscine et le jardin très bien entretenus. Nous avons passé deux agréables semaines à Figueira da Foz en famille. Une mention particulière pour Joca la chienne labrador de la maison, adorable et très affectueuse !

The most attractive part of this location is the garden and the pool.The house is a little bit old and needs to be renewed,one of the bathrooms looks really poor and the kitchen is also from the sixties.Our stay there was almost perfect,though.Our grandchild had lots of fun in the pool and the barbacues gave us a couple of delicious meals.Mr. Abreu,the owner ,who lives upstairs,was extremely kind and helpful with my family in general and with my husband in particular.Wehad problems with our car and he did everything he could to help.In general we can recommend the location as a good place to enjoy the peace and the lovely weather of this part of Portugal.

The pool was the highlight of our stay and is a generous size, well equipped with inflatable boats and an inflatable goal for water sports. There is also a large garage space which the boys used as a play area, with bikes and a good assortment of sports equipment. it did feel at times that the pool was quite cut off from the house with access to the pool, garden and patio areas only through the front door at the side of the house, but this is only a minor criticism. The pool house accessed by a short ladder had a fridge, stereo and coffee machine and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The appartment has a very traditional feel and although at times we felt it could do with some modernisation (the main reason we didn't rate it five stars), we appreciated its charm and originality. It was extremely spacious, comfortable, cool, well equipped and wifi was reliable. The owner, Jorge Abreu, lives in the appartment above and was very attentive during our stay. Our check-in process was extremely thorough but accompanied by a generous supply of port and snacks. He gave us great advice on some excellent day trips, restaurants, shops and the best Portuguese wines to try. Jorge checked in with us every day and used the pool sparingly while we were there. He had a very well behaved dog called Joca who our boys enjoyed having around. We were within easy walking distance of supermarkets, the town centre and the beach. Although the sea is a long way from the promenade, there are walkways to ease the journey and loads of space to spread out on the sea-front. If you are looking for modern chic, then this is probably not the place for you, but we would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable place to stay with a fantastic pool.

The location is very central and 10 minute walking distance to shopping, beach, casino and downtown area. The owner is very hospitable and friendly - he is always willing to help out. The pool and outside facilities are outstanding--the kids enjoyed it immensely. I would highly recommend this spot for families with children.
