Location was great for our purpose. Staff was all very nice and polite. Facility was clean.

Walls are thin. Could hear people talking from other rooms and hall.

No decaf coffee, no fruit with breakfast - there was a toaster but no toast,

Hotel is modern, and the breakfast is good. There was no fruit, but many cereal options. Waffle and eggs. So I would say it was a good breakfast, it is in a nice quiet location. The elevator works fine and the staff is polite.

The night we arrived the bed sheets had hair all over it. Not sure if it was because they did not change the beddings (which I believe was the case) or because the machines didn’t wash it properly. Terri the night receptionist, was nice and understanding. She gave us clean sheets when we requested.

Still working on the building, I bought a Diet Coke that had expired a year before I purchased it and they still charged me for it...

Location was the only good thing about this place

Where to start? The room has a smell of urine! We asked to be moved immediately and were told nothing was available. The parking lot was half empty! They sent in housekeeping the next day but the smell was not taken care of. There were patches in the carpet, dents in the door frames, and the very next room was under construction so we heard the workers banging and yelling a lot! How this place advertised as the highest rated hotel on Google is laughable. We were never followed up with about moving rooms and got stuck in the pee room for 3 days. We will never use this hotel again. Stay away at all costs!

Breakfast was ok, much better than most places. Only meat was sausage - no bacon or ham. Other than that, everything as good. with variety.

In regards to the room - nothing! Very spacious, with everything needed...even dishwasher, stove top, cookware and dinnerware, full size fridge.

Clean, spacious room.

We were there for four nights. After the first night the room was made but no toilet paper refill, I had to get it from an outside restroom. After the second night it was not made, but somebody had been in there because there were some new towels. The wastebin was overflowing, no beds made, no refill in bathroom. After the third night I requested it, beds were nicely made, but still no toilet paper, no kleenex refilln no towels for everybody. No cream cheese anymore (they were out, I mean it is not a fresh product you could not have in store. That alone is no reason to complain but it is one more detail in a number of many). We went there partly because of the gym. We had been driving for days and needed some exercise. Treadmill was out of order, bike was unusuable because the saddle was loose and needed tools to be fixed and much more apart from a crosstrainer we shared is not there. I do not complain easily but the hotel has a high ranking and I feel this was not earned during my stay apart from being clean and quite new. Oh, and the shower curtain is so short, the floor gets wet. But even on the day the room was made, we did not get a fresh floor mat the old one was soaked and taken away. We booked for four but never got towels for everybody. So housekeeping and gym could definitely improve.
