Property description was accurate

Very nice well equipped apartment in an excellent position just across the road from the beach but still in a quiet location. Bonus to be able to walk to good local shops and Cotton Tree is a really nice area, especially for families with young children with the safe beach and play areas around the river estuary as opposed to the more exposed main surf beach. Lovely swimming pool at the apartment complex which we usually had to ourselves as most of the time only 4 of the 8 apartments being used. Large balcony which we almost lived on and made good use of the Webber barbeque. Some people might find the lack of air-conditioning a drawback in the summer heat of Queensland - just ceiling fans in every room. We had such high winds from the tail-end of a tropical storm that through ventilation was not a problem! We would book again for its position.

Had a great stay. Good undercover secure parking and because for the location you can leave the car and walk everywhere. To and from the beach was easily and when you had enough of the beach a dip in the pool was perfect. The apartment was really clean and spacious. The Kitchen had everything you needed and there was a Weber on the Deck. The deck was great and relaxing to enjoy a drink and food with cool ocean breezes to cool you down on the second level. Would love to stay there again and would highly recomend a great family holiday here. Thank you so much

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deb’s. Perfect for our family with park and beach across the road. Apartment had everything needed for a week away with the family. Large main bedroom with en-suite, kids bedroom at the other end away from the lounge room which has Netflix & Fetch. Huge balcony with Weber Q. Large modern kitchen stacked with everything. Check in-check out was a breeze. Deb is quick to respond to msgs, although there was no need to contact her for the 6 nights. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
