Staff attitude was not good, food quality also not maintain during at lunch time or if u order in room services
One more thing want to tell booking.com I booked hotel on your website and it was mentioned there was no charge for booking I need to pay at hotel on my arrival. That's y I given my card details. But hotel staff deducted one day room fare in morning itself on 26th Aug but I suppose to check in the evening by 9pm. He does not bother to call me also before taking the money. Just sent one mail after transaction. How it is fair my question to booking.com.

The rooms were clean and as described. The location was convenient for my needs and had ease of access to all services like cabs, deliveries, etc. The staff were helpful in the entire check-in and check-out process.

1. Worst experience provided by the Marriott - as they have charged the full amount from my card with out any prior intimation by considering it as No show

The staff were professional in handling my requests & complaints. the room was good & bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty & stay was value for money.
The Towels are kind of very old & worn out. Better Replace them with New.

The housekeeping staff, reception & one boy at the breakfast were very courteous & polite. However the Managers attitude & approach to guests was disappointing. Trying to make us pay more than what was committed to by booking.com & trying to not understand the confirmatory mail was in poor taste.
Breakfast was very ordinary. They burnt the egg, toast... juices were not good
Everything in the room needed to be refilled. Body lotion. Hand & body wash bottles were empty. When a new guest comes these have to be checked.
