The floor was very cold, especially in the bathroom.

Super good location. Kitchen tools are great. definitely will come back next year

Sometimes the electricity was off, but we fixed it quickly.

Location was perfect! House was nice and checking was smooth as a butter. Only complaint was the Wi-fi. At first it was there, but I guess when other guests arrived, wi-fi just went down and so did the TV.. But that's fine. Ventspils was lovely and we didn't stay indoors all the time anyway

Good place for family, can grill and hang out while kids are playing in a backyard playground. Nice quiet area with short distances to beach and parks.

Too many cars parked in the backyard and gate was never locked.

Lovely bathtub and nice yard area. Easy to park on the street. Also some spaces available in the yard. Okay kitchen. Could've had an oven. Quite a distance from the city centre by walking, but okay distance to the beach.

The double bed was really uncomfortable. It was moving a lot. It seemed to have very weak legs. There could have been one fan at least.

There is a cosy backyard with some toys for children

The personal just have powered off the heating while the outside temperature was about -2... It was terrible. Also an apparent was not clean enough. Some equipment in a bathroom was with significant defects

Ugly low key place with crooked floors and walls. Humid and dark. Extremely cheap. Not worth a stay. Just don't stay there- it will illuminate Your frustration !

Very cheap place with NO sound barrier with second floor. Non functional shower. Cheap repair/ furniture. Dark and humid. Dull light fixtures. Dust and spider webs. Low amount of towels. No Satellite TV ( not as advertised ). Negative Attitude from manager. No half an hour early arrival as previously approved. Tried to get us out a day before terms. Price / Ratio rate is terrible. Newer again !

- there is a trampoline, small children's slides, some kids toys for playing in the sandbox on the villa territory, so kids may have a little fun. You may watch them through the windows. - there is a child park in 5-7 min walk distance. - 10 seconds walk distance to the parking =) - hammocks, tables, chairs, barbecues on the villa territory (for free, except firewood) - fridge (regular size), washing machine, induction hob, electric kettle

We lived in a second house (from the road) and Wi-Fi did not work properly (poor signal level) in that building. Only one kids channel on TV and it didn't work properly because of poor signal level (not a big deal if you have internet, but... see above). We solved both issues by purchasing a sim card from local operator, however... I think the apartment should have at least one garbage bag per one day stay.

Children's playground, backyard, BBQ equipment, sun blocking curtains in room

Dust under beds; no ventilation in bathroom; no curtain or glass in bathroom, so all floor and equipment is wet after showering; no place to hang shower; towel dryer not working; toilet seat is not screwed completely to the floor, so it is swaying and we were scared it will break, also water leaking from toilet because of this; poor safety to territory as gates can be opened easily from outside if you just put your hand over the gates; kitchen sucker just makes noise and no use of it; outside was +30 degrees and there is no conditioning but warm blankets were on the beds instead of sheet or any other thin cover which would be more appropriate according to temperature in room.
