Broken chairs bathroom smeld like sigarets

Excellent apartment in a great location, about a 15-minute walk to the city center. Excellent and varied breakfast.

The garbage collectors came one morning too early, but we don't mind. They are just doing their job.

Everything was perfect

We paid the hotel for parking in Europark facilities nearby, which was convenient and a little cheaper than paying Europark directly. However there was a parking ticket waiting when we left and the hotel hasn't yet responded to our request to take care of that ticket. It looked like they only entered the first parking day correctly to the system.

The staff have not made an effort to learn Latvian language for the purpose of customer service. So, no Latvians welcome in this establishment. A single bed was actually a (broken) chair. We had to wait for every staff member to recline it, check that it is not good for purpose and suggest that maybe we can still use it, before our request to change it was realised. The large waste bins were right outside our windows and was good as a repetitive alarm clock in the morning as a cook from hotel was coming out to slam them shut every now and then. The bath/shower does not have a proper screen so the floor is good for water sports after you had a shower. The staff is not sure what cappuccino is, so when on the second morning the coffee machine broke we had to explain that cappuccino comes with the milk and is not the watery liquid that the machine was producing. So will not be visiting this establishment again.

The location of this hotel was amazing, right city-center with many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were welcoming and extremely friendly. The room was clean, vibrant, and had everything you possibly needed during your stay. I loved the whole atmosphere in general, the vibe, and the updated elevator. If I ever need a place to stay again, I know where to go!

In my opinion, maybe the bathroom could use a little renovation. Additionally, the placement of the toilet was a little odd. The hairdryer could also be updated. But overall, my whole stay was extremely pleasant.

Apartment was nice and comfortable, very tidy and clean hotel, Reception 24 hrs. Safe and nice central location with plenty of nice restaurants around. Staff wonderful and helpful.

The sofa is very uncomfortable, not suitable for sleeping and it’s time to change it, because it’s broken.

Loved the location and facilities.

There was always water streaming from the shower screen on to the bathroom floor due to poorly sealed glass screen on the bath. The paint was also coming away from the ceiling. there was no toaster also
