Leider können wir nichts Positives berichten. Wir haben uns gegen eine Übernachtung entschieden.

Offensichtlich hatten wir uns bei der Buchung verlesen, weswegen uns nicht bewusst war, dass es sich um ein sehr kleines, nicht abschließbares Zimmer handelt und Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden. Daher haben wir uns dazu entschlossen, direkt wieder auszuchecken und uns etwas Anderes zu suchen. Als wir den Gastgeber darüber informierten, wurde er extrem unfreundlich, verlangte, dass wir bleiben und drohte uns mit Polizei. Daraufhin sind wir direkt gegangen, weil wir uns nicht einsperren oder bedrohen lassen. Der Gastgeber verfolgte uns dann auf der Straße, was uns Angst machte. Erst nachdem ich ihm sagte, dass er eine Nachricht von uns bekommt, dass wir ausgecheckt haben und wir kein Geld zurück wollen, damit er uns endlich in Ruhe lässt, ist er gegangen. Als ich ihm die Nachricht geschickt habe, wurde er wieder beleidigend und sagte, dass er uns bei booking.com und bei der Polizei melden wird. Wir verstehen nach wie vor nicht warum, wollen es aber auch nicht wissen, da wir mit diesem Gastgeber nichts mehr zu tun haben möchten.

location : less than 10mins. walk from JR Bentencho station, flat and very simple way to the house. quiet neighborhood, 7-11 is at the corner, family market and big malls next to the station with lots stores you can buy articles for daily use. facilities : adequate equipment, well maintained and super clean in the whole house, well functioning air-conditioner and bathroom equipment, every bed with a bed light and curtains. most of all, the host is very nice to had me as early arriving (one hour before check-in), we had some funny chat, very helpful that i got to practice my French with, the breakfast was exactly what i like (fruit, tomato, sausage and juice).

the followings are not problems for me personally but someone may need to beware of : not enough space in the room for open two normal suitcases to arrange. no lock for the room, also the gate is free to entry during the host awake. the cutains are only between beds not at the entry of the beds. shower is not available after midnight. somehow you might get a bit stressful to keep everything clean and the lights off as the host does.

one of the best places I have stayed during my visit to Japan, the host is very friendly and helpful. everything was always clean, it just felt like a second home to me. If I ever come back, I will choose this place again.

The house itself is nice, room is very cosy. Close to train

I would have appreciated more privacy: checking on every my step, no ability to lock the room, asking to come in the room, not allowing to open window shuts in the evening. After long trip I was expecting to stay as a private person, felt more like at mom's place. Sorry for that, just not for me. Enjoyed moving to hotel afterwards for less €.

The property manager was incredibly friendly, helpful, and keeps the property spotless. Definitely my best hostel experience!

Stayed for one night before a flight out of KIX. Host is friendly and very attentive to guests' needs. Private tatami room was clean and comfortable, with lots of storage space. Kitchen and common room facilities were great. I requested the breakfast, which was exceptional. Just a couple metro stops from Osaka station. Highly recommended!
