The property is located in a prime location in Pagosa and within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants downtown. Very clean and immaculate. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of downtown Pagosa Springs. It snowed a fair amount during our visit, and the owners made sure the snow was removed from the driveway and our vehicle every day. They also provided information on an excellent location for cross country skiing. We had fun watching the wild turkey and deer that frequented the neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again!

7/10 why? Kitchen very well appointed. No DW but for 2 people, no biggie. Bed comfortable. Blankets VERY nice! But…no headboard? Little gas heater - works great and it didn’t get above freezing during our stay.

We were very pleased overall with this property and its perfect location to downtown Pagosa Springs. It was immaculate, roomy enough for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our short stay. Our only complaint was the bedroom being a bit stuffy in the July heat, but that was an easy fix with a portable fan, so not really an issue at all. We would definitely stay there again should we revisit Pagosa!

We really enjoyed this rental for a summertime mountain visit. It sits up a bit higher on a hill yet still close to town, which makes it a quiet spot. The decor is super cute and every foot of space well thought out. The back deck has a nice view. We saw lots of hummingbirds, magpies, sparrows & finches. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants and a stroll on the San Juan River banks, but be aware the walk is pretty steep. We're older and not in top shape and it was doable if a bit challenging.

This was the best VRBO stay that we have ever had! Very clean, appliances were new, it had everything from extra garbage bags to dish & laundry soap (which I had brought my own due to previous VRBO's not having). The towels were soft & smelt great-not still like hotels. We loved it and would highly recommended staying here again. Location was also great.

I really liked the place. Everything was provided and the place was really new. A lovely view on the deck. A couple of very minor problems but I will certainly stay there again. They did a nice job!

Very clean, brand-new apartment over garage. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the whole place was so cute and very thoughtfully designed. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was awesome! Unit was in new shape and very clean. Came to ski a couple of days. It snowed during both days of skiing and the driveway was shoveled both times we got back! We will definitely try to stay here again!

The place is cute within a great location in downtown Pagosa BUT the bed and sofa were horribly uncomfortable. Barely slept the two nights I was there. The mattress is extra firm with a 1.5" foam(not memory foam), which didn't help to provide any cushion. Walmart in town has a 3-4" memory foam topper that could easily fix this problem. Wish host was able to accommodate our request for a topper for the second night, but they weren't able to do so. It's cute, but beware you won't be able to get proper rest here.
