We had a fantastic experience, and if we ever return to Ericiera, we would try to stay here again. Beautiful views of the ocean and of Praia do Sul--our son could check the surf from the balcony. 5 minute walk to the beach and also to cafes, restaurants, shopping. (Maybe 10 to a grocery.) There was a glitch with a change in the VRBO app, but great communication with the host around it, and check-in and out were friendly and easy. The apartment was in great shape, and very clean and secure. Couldn't have asked for better!

A clean, third level apartment (accessible via lift) with all the amenities required for a holiday including washing machine and dishwasher. I would recommend the apartment be stocked with tea towels and dishwashing liquid so that your guests could help maintain the cleanliness throughout their stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ericeira. The apartment was ideally located within walking distance of beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants. Antonio was very responsive to all our inquiries.

All went well. The owner was really kind and helpful. Google maps shows wrong location. This is new house with sea views to both sides, in 3rd floor with elevator.

The apartment is situated in an optimal place. We had everything we needed in the apartment and the surrounding areas. Mr Carvalho was impeccable and sent us everything we needed to arrive as easily as possible to Ericeira. At our arrival we had a person waiting for us although our flight had several hours delay. Loved our holidays.

Amazing location, very clean and great host service

Although we didn’t meet Antonio, he was always available for ongoing communication. The apt was perfectly placed for walks to many of the local beaches and the main pedestrian entrance to the town center. It was clean and well equipped for our family of 5. The town of Ericeira was beautiful and everything exceeded our expectations. Would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Beautifully kept apartment, situated in a quiet but central position in Ericeira. Close to all amenities and only a short walk to the beach or if you prefer to pass away the time from generous balcony with wonderful view of the beach and surf!

De locatie is super, centraal in alle opzichten. Mooie omgeving en met de auto ook nog mooie steden erom te bezoeken. Leuke eet tentjes en een ontspannen sfeer. Perfect kunnen surfen ook voor beginners. Terug komen gaan we zeker.

Lovely, safe, complex in a quiet location but very close to the main centre. Nicely furnished and fitted, with a great balcony where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. We had a great week here and were sad to leave.

A localização do apartamento é excelente, perto do centro da Ericeira onde tudo se passa. Praias perto, a restauração também a dois passos.

El apartamento está MUY bien ubicado, cerca de todo. El garaje para el coche es un extra que te da tranquilidad, al no tener que buscar aparcamiento. Es una casa muy luminosa y soleada, con unas vistas espectaculares. Hay muy buen WIFI y tiene de todo lo necesario. Las camas con cómodas (nosotros preferimos almohadas algo mas compactas...) y está todo muy limpio. En resumen...volveremos y lo hemos recomendado a familia y amigos.

Fica, na ninha opinião, no melhor local para quem quer visitar a Ericeira. Há mais de 25 anos que estou na Ericeira no mês de Agosto, inicialmente o mês inteiro, mas por várias razões, tenho vindo a diminuir. Este ano só estivemos uma semana por não ter vaga neste apartamento nas datas que pretendiamos. O apartamento é ótimo, confortável, com umas vistas fantásticas.

Nous nous sommes reposés entre petites promenades, piscine (mer trop froide même pour des bretons) et restau. Merci pour l accueil et les gentilles intentions. Nous recommandons.

Property is exactly as described although the balcony is very windy. Weather was not great the week we were there-stuck in a haar in July! That may have been why it was so cold on balcony

Appartement moderne, tout confort, bien équipé, idéalement situé à deux pas de la Praya del Sur et du centre ville. Accueil chaleureux.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, hat eine schöne Aussicht und war trotz der Baustelle ruhig. Das Tv Programm hat leider keine sat Anlage. Der Service ist super und unkompliziert. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Betten waren uns zu hart. Kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Meter vom Stadtkern von Ericeira, als auch von zwei Stränden entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Übergabe erfolgte problemlos. Es handelt sich hier um eine große Wohnung die relativ gut ausgestattet ist. Bis zu 4 Personen haben genügend Platz. Die Einweisung in die technischen Gegebenheiten waren zwar etwas dürftig, jedoch nach längerem Suchen findet man auch hier die Lösungen. Das Besteck und einige Geschirrutensilien könnten zahlreicher sein, auch die Beleuchtung könnte vor der Übergabe an die Gäste überprüft und erneuert werden. Bzgl der Tiefgarage muss unbedingt beachtet werden, dass die Zufahrt für SUV's, größere PKW's und vorallem für "tiefere" Kfz nicht möglich ist. Alles in allem handelt es sich um eine funktionell und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung, deren Lage zum erwähnten Stadtkern, der Strände und den Sightseeing-Touren, z. B. Mafra, Sintra und Lissabon, optimal ist. Unterm Strich zu empfehlen, wir würden auch jederzeit wieder dort buchen!

Das einzige was störte war, dass jeden Morgen die Müllabfuhr vor dem Schlafzimmer lärmte.

My wife, four year old daughter, and I spent seven nights in these new apartments in the center of Ericeira. We stayed in apartment 308, and had amazing views both South and West over the ocean and parts of the village. We could even watch the surfers on the Praia do Sul (South Beach) some mornings. And of course the sunsets were amazing. It was our first time staying at the ocean in Portugal, and the combination of several great beaches within a short walk and the absolutely wonderful little white washed old fishing village of Ericeira right outside of our door could not have been better. There were so many wonderful restaurants to eat at, we could have easily stayed another three weeks and not gotten to all of them.The apartment was clean, well set-up, and a perfect base for exploring Ericeira. Antonio and his support team were very helpful, and even offer to mail house keys we left by mistake in the apartment back to our home address in the United States..
