Close to things beach wasn’t that far off from a walk

It was NOT ocean front that I was supposed to have gotten, just old nasty furniture, air fitter was dirty dont know when it had been changes, duck tape to keep stuff inside the door of the refrigerator, need new carpet it was nasty the dryer vent had duck tape to hold it together. I have pictures to prove it

Nice large unit in great location and good views.

Entry code did not work and it took too long to contact support through Booking.com to leave message for the local manager offsite. Once she called, it took many tries to find a workable code. Many things were a problem with the unit. The good news is the manager was able to solve many of the issues. We reported that the microwave blew the circuit breaker when on and the fridge kicked on, because they were on the same 110 volt plug. Manager called electrician who confirmed it should be on 220 volt plug and was going to notify the owner. We solved the problem by unplugging the fridge when we used the microwave.

The view in the beach were good.

At check in the thermostat wasn't working and the box springs were broken in the rear bedroom. This was reported to vacassa who had the thermostat replaced the next day but nothing was ever done about the box springs even after we checked out

The location is wonderful and so are the people here. I love how close it is to everything thing.

The beds and furniture need to be updated and were uncomfortable. The plug-ins (outlets) don’t all work and that’s difficult if you are trying to work while at the beach. The coffee pot didn’t work as well. That was another expense. This is a nice place that needs some updates on those important things. Maybe we are the first to turn them in?

it was dirty, broken table stored in bedroom closet looks like trash should have been thrown out instead it was taking up space, very poor lighting, bulbs not burning in some light fixtures, one bedroom no mirror at all to dress by, kitchen very poorly stocked, light over sink did not work, hinge on entrance door is worn out, hole in ceiling of one closet. Pictures online very misleading of true condition of the property
