Le LV Premier Chiado Apartments CH5 est un appartement de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains récemment rénové. Il est très moderne, confortable et l'adresse idéale pour une famille ou un groupe de 7 personnes maximum (6 personnes dormant dans des chambres à coucher et 1 dans un canapé-lit). Dotée d'un salon spacieux et lumineux avec une kitchenette entièrement équipée, menant aux chambres et aux salles de bains, cette location de vacances offre une intimité, mais invite à l'interaction dans les espaces communs. Comme ses appartements frères, le LV Premier Chiado CH5 possède de très hauts plafonds et de grandes fenêtres faisant face à la Rua do Carmo, à Armazéns do Chiado et à l'ascenseur de Santa Justa ou au musée Convento do Carmo et aux ruines qui se trouvent juste en face. Avec un emplacement incomparable, un accès facile à toutes les commodités, restaurants, attractions, théâtres et magasins, le CH5 est un autre appartement recherché du LV Premier. The property is lovely, right in the middle of the Arts District. The host graciously left coffee, milk, and a bottle of wine. It was very much appreciated. One great amenity is that the condo has a full-sized washer and a separate dryer which is not often the case. The condo was also quiet considering the busy area. We were initially concerned about parking, but there is a public 24-hour parking garage quite close to the building. We enjoyed our short stay there.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a large refrigerator and fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and 3 king beds. The elevators made it easy to get to and from the ground level. Turn right onto the street and turn into the little staircase beside the building and take the stairs up to the top of the Junta Elevator! Or walk around the corner to find high quality street performances at night while enjoying a drink at one of the cafes. Very walkable area, close to the tram, taxis, and tuk-tuks. We were very pleased with this apartment!

Nice location. Walking distance to Rossio station and proximity to the shore. Lots of shopping and dining options. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed with 6 adults including 2 elders. Lift helpful for access.

Great property and location!
This apartment was perfectly located with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely come back. We like to walk and we were in the perfect location to walk and explore. There was also fun music and street performances that we enjoyed. We were close to everything! Thank you Ana for a wonderful Lisbon adventure.

Great Location, Helpful Staff
We loved our time at the apartment. It was a perfect spot to stay, room for everyone and close to everything. Ana was so helpful, even arranging our transportation from the airport for us. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Location
The apartment was in a perfect location. We took the metro from the airport and had a bit of trouble locating it because our map did not include the street- which is a pedestrian only street. The place was safe, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and out was very efficient. We were able to store our luggage with them prior to check-in. Highly recommend.

Easy spot
Very easy to get to, well decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed (just had to replace the broken wine opener). Beds were super comfy which is important for me. Note that two of the bedrooms are right on the street side & it is a LIVELY street - LOTS of sounds during the day and night. Two window panes & then the inside shutters help with that but I did sleep with earplugs. Bathrooms are next to each other & the toilet is elevated, I'm sure due to plumbing. Different for those from the US. Not a problem, just different! Great showers, if small. Good water pressure & lots of hot water. Awesome view out the back bedroom of an old church. Front bedrooms are of the street, which is mostly retail - H&M, Zara Home, bums, etc. Easy to walk everywhere from here, really liked the location, near a subway stop. Can't remember hostesses name, but she was charming & explained most everything well.

Wonderful apartment, centrally located and easy to get around.
My family throughly enjoyed our apartment in Lisbon. It made our stay so enjoyable because it’s location is perfect. It was our first time in Lisbon and we will certainly be back to visit again. It is a great city and offers excellent adventures.

Great location. Modern and clean
Maria was accommodating to meet us at a check-in time convenient for us. She offered all kinds of siteseeing tips and advice. The apt was comfortable and spacious for six adults. One a/c was not working and Maria apologized bc she thought a technician had fixed it. The only other complaint was one bathroom had a sewer smell, but I suppose it’s to be expected with a very old building. Otherwise the apt was modern and clean. The location was perfect for exploring and shopping. A highlight of our stay was walking down to the huge square by the river to watch World Cup on the giant screen with thousands of fans! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Exceeded Expectations!
We were completely impressed with this property. It is in a PRIME location, arguably the best street in Lisbon! Yet still, it was very quiet and very comfortable. The bedding and towels were of high quality and the A/C works very well. I would choose to stay here every time!

Very nice apartment in a great location
The apartment is very pretty, new, and comfortable. The master bedroom view of the Monastery of Carmo is breathtaking. The windows overlook a fun street in the fancy Chiado district. We were able to walk to the city center, the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. We were also very close to the train and bus station which was convenient when we went to Sintra.

Best apartment in Lisboa
A brand new apartment, very well decorated. We loved the big windows with frontal view to the Monastery of Carmo, and we could see people walking up and down. The building itself is very modern and has 2 elevators. This apartment is in Chiado, one of the most prestigious places in Lisboa, close to shops, restaurants, Barrio Alto and the main spots.
