Beautiful Beach House located directly across the street from the beach.
Des vues vraiment spectaculaires et un accès à l’eau permettent de passer des vacances reposantes dans le calme, à l’ouest de la plage de Navarre et à moins de 500 mètres du National Seashore. La maison dispose de 3 balcons meublés pour se détendre, manger et profiter de la vue spectaculaire.
La maison est en face du golfe avec croisement 1/2 pâté de maisons. Il y a un accès au canal derrière la maison, ce qui est idéal pour lancer des kayaks. La maison a 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain et 2000 m². Nous fournirons des kayaks, des pagaies, des jouets de plage, des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage et des glacières. Nous avons des hamacs et une cour clôturée de sable blanc. 8 adultes (à 4 lits) et 6 enfants (sur 4 lits ou 3 canapés meublés). Il y a 3 balcons avec des meubles pour inclure des tables à manger. Il y a 2 chambres à coucher au niveau principal avec chacune un lit queen size et partagent salle de bain unique étage principal. Il y a 2 suites parentales au dernier étage, toutes deux dotées d’un lit king-size, d’une salle de bains et d’une chambre pour lits enfants. (On a une lucarne avec un grand lit d'air disponible). L'autre a un canapé et beaucoup d'espace au sol pour les lits bébé). Cuisine entièrement équipée avec toutes les commodités pour cuisiner et manger. Meubles en cuir partout. Grands placards et commodes. Belle vue sur l'eau de chaque fenêtre et porte.
Il y a une douche extérieure (eau chaude et froide) sur le patio arrière pour laver le sable d'une journée à la plage.

We had our entire family together for the first time ever, for a week. The house had everything we needed & then some. Everyone had their own space & it's right across from the beach. My grandson loved the bunk beds! If we go back, we will definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend.

Loved this stay at Blenda's Serenity. Spacious and cozy, we loved staying here and would consider coming back again. Blenda was a fantastic host.

Loved this house. It was just enough room for all of us! Very clean! Great communication with Blenda. Had no problems while here. Very short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved Blenda’s Property. Our family had a great time. The description of the property was rated 4 stars, because the pictures of the location needs to be updated a little. The house was clean, it just had a little sand in the upstairs and in a couple of stairs, but it wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely stay again!

Loved this large roomy beach house, with open living, dining, & kitchen area. Master suite upstairs w/updated bath, has a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, & private balcony was so nice. Grandkids loved the bunkbed room w/their own bath. We cooked almost every meal & plenty of dishes & seasonings there. Dont bring anything but food, your bathing suit, & sunscreen! Ice maker was nice. There are coolers, beach wagon, beach towels, toys, umbrella, canopy, you name it! Outdoor shower was a plus & helped keep sand out of house. Great communication w/owner, beautiful beach, & close access. The 2 bikes were a treat & the bike/running path right in front of house is wonderful. Kayaks were fun & views were great. Ocean was calm & clear. No complaints at all. Would definitely return.

Blenda is an amazing host. She was wonderful and super fast with communication. The house was perfect for our family of 12. We really enjoyed the canal in the back yard at night. And spent all day at the beach during the day. The house is in walking distance to the public beach access. The ice maker in the kitchen and the reverse osmosis water filler was a really nice to have!! Overall this is a wonderful beach house in Navarre.

Loved the property! We had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable! Only a short walk to the beach and we loved the hammocks on the canal and the outdoor shower.
Only issue we had was with all of the doors. They were quite hard to open and close.

The house was clean and convenient for our stay of 4 different families with 4 little children. Many toddler gadgets were available within the house reducing our luggage. The property manager was responsive. Unfortunately, a couple sets of doors were broken during our visit and we were told they’re in the process of replacing them. Each day, we were able to walk 3 houses down the block, cross the street and hit the public beach access.

Navarre is a hidden gem. Blenda's house is very nice, very clean and as advertised. A real extra with the house having beach umbrellas, chairs, some toys and a cart to pull them to the beach with. Kept us from having to bring our own chairs and umbrellas. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay on Navarre Beach .
Close enough to everything you need at the beach. Far enough to enough to relax and chill. The extras the owner had at the house ( kayaks, chairs, beach toys and canopy ) made the stay more enjoyable .

Would Stay Here Again
We greatly enjoyed our stay. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Could see the ocean from the front porch. Very helpful that chairs, toys, etc were available and we didn’t have to pack as much stuff. Hope to stay here again next year!

Short drive into Navarre for groceries, restaurants and civilization if needed. Kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms/bathrooms met our needs. Had toys and books to keep our little ones entertained, along with beach toys for big and little people.

The house was great and good communication with owner. Just a half block walk to beach and views from house were great..Only criticism is house was not as clean as others I have rented. Master bedroom had a couch on master bedroom that badly needed cleaning.

House was perfect for our three families. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and dogs. Everyone had their own space when wanted and plenty of room to be together for #framily time.

Great Week in Navarre Beach
We truly enjoyed the weeks stay in Navarre Beach, the home was across from the beach so a 5 minute walk to the white sand beaches. The home has four bedrooms and three baths so worked well for my family. The home was nicely furnished and had two nice decks to enjoy the beach views morning and night.

Beautiful beach!
Navarre beach is such a beautiful area. The beach house was charming. We were very comfortable. Loved the fenced in yard for the grandkids to play when not on the beach. A little walk to the beach but with our beach wagon it wasn't so bad. The house had just about everything you need. Enjoyed our stay!

Fully equipped beach house with great location
The owner of this property goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Very good communication before, during, and after our stay was very much appreciated. The beach house is very well kept. The owner provides many amenities such as kayaks, beach toys, beach towels and more. A gas grill that is in very good condition is also available. The location was great. A very short walk to the crosswalk to a public beach access. Then the beautiful white sand beach of Navarre! All you need is a bathing suit! Thanks again for letting us vacation in your beautiful beach home.

Great location!
We enjoyed our week here at this beautiful beach. It is only a couple houses from the beach access and a block from the gorgeous National Seashore. This is a quiet residential area. The house is lively with high end furniture and flooring. All beds were very comfortable and rooms are spacious. The back yard is fenced for our pets which was wonderful! Note: if you bring your pet, be considerate and clean up after it! There are 2 nice beach bikes, 2 kayaks that you can use on the bay side, and lots of beach chairs and toys. This house has it all! No need to bring much from home. This is a home away from home!

The house is beautiful and well maintained It's between the sound and the beach. Beach is just a few minute walk away from the house. You will have to cross the road which we had hoped not to have to do but that's on us for not checking. House is fully stocked with everything you'd need for your stay which is not the norm with rental beach homes. It was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen has a bit too much stuff, honestly, hard to organize the cabinets.
The only thing that dampened our experience was an issue with beach towels. The owner claimed we had taken 7 of her beach towels and I had to buy her new ones. I didn't mind her asking me about them but once I told her I checked with everyone in our party and we didn't have them, that should have been the end of that discussion in my opinion. When you spend over $4k for a week, you are not likely to steal used beach towels. Anyway, I bought new towels and got my full deposit back but that's the reason for the 4 star rating. For the folks coming right after us, you'll have new towels on us and you probably won't have to deal with this but do take inventory of everything else just in case items mysteriously are not found.

Excellent!
Just pack your bathing suit and toothbrush. Everything you could possibly need is there. Four bedrooms, all with large comfortable beds. Three full clean bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Just like being at home. Clean bath towels, great beach towels, beach chairs that work. A two minute walk to the public beach access. Two kayaks are a ton of fun. A very short distance and you’re in the beautiful Bay. More sand toys than the kids will ever need. Boogie boards and wave skimmers. Just a few miles to Walmart or Publix. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful, spacious home with gulf views across the street!
We had a fabulous week in this beautiful spacious home! This is our 4th trip to Navarre with this home being the nicest home we have stayed in but not the most expensive. Blenda was wonderful, she called soon after we arrived to make sure we were happy with everthing. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Grandchildren loved all the toys to play in the sand in the fenced in back yard. We will be back to stay again!!
