Nos gusto muchísimo el piso es bastante acogedor y amplio, estás cerca de la playa y en sus alrededores cuenta con una variedad de comercios para comer o beber.
Una de las habitaciones tiene un problema eléctrico, que apenas se detecto se notifico pero por la hora no se llegó a resolver.
Aunque la ubicación es genial por estar tan cerca de la playa el aparcar es súper complicado, puede ser que sea por la fecha en la que decidimos ir pero no consigues con facilidad puesto.

Even though we arrived way earlier than the check in time they let us to store our bag at the apartment while they are cleaning. They also provided different creams and cleaning gels in the shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
Ac was a bit dirty and there were some minor damage to the furnitures but nothing serious.

Die Lage war super, zentral an der Metro, zum Hafen und zum Strand. Wir haben tatsächlich nicht viel Zeit im Appartement verbracht, nur zum schlafen.
Die „Terrasse“ war nicht das was wir erwartet hatten, da sie innenliegend war und die Wände ringsum ca. 15 m hoch waren.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ben equipaggiato, letti molto comodi. A due passi da playa de las Arenas e dal mecato di Cabanyal. Quartiere tranquillo con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze, ottima la caffetterie di fronte. Fermate di metro, tranvia e bus nelle vicinanze. Abbimo soggiornato 5gg i primi di febbraio con tutta la famiglia, 2 adulti e 2 bimbe. Dotato di riscaldamento e climatizzatore.
Ci sono alcuni interventi da fare, come alcune lampadine da cambiare o tende che non funzionano bene, ma niente che pregiudichi la permanenza

The flat is spacious for a family of four (Kids 4 & 6 years old). The flat was clean. Basically it is a good flat to stay several days. We liked the area and with some rental bikes and it is was easy to go to the city centre. Communication with Eduard is also very pleasent. Though I have to admit that for the price we have paid, there where to many little broken things next to the mentioned things. For example the siphon below the washing sink was not tight and the problem was "repaired" by putting a vessel below and the water below turned smelly and therefore the bathrom. Another example was one of the air conditioner. Water was dripping and run down the ceiling to shelf, which started to squelling. Also the big air conditioner in the living room had a sulky smell, when we used it. Basically this is a decent flat and we really enjoyed our stay in Valencia. Though 6 nights für 1.600 EUR I have mixed feelings.

it’s a perfect location, helpful host ready to answer all questions, - generally you feel València spirit living in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, good WiFi, Netflix. The apartment was cleaned immediately when I requested.

Great place to stay, nothing to complain about. Spacious, relatively peaceful and close to Valencian seaside as well.
Would be nice to have electric kettle available in the kitchen.

The place is very close to the beach. It is so easy to go and take a swim.
It is a bit far from the city center. There was no place for our clothes.

Perfect communication with host, spacious apartment with the soul, good position (according to our opinion) with everything you need near by, free street parking (not easy to find) and close big free public parking lot. Two metro stations not far away.
If it was a little cleaner it would be perfect (maybe we are too demanding).
