A great place to stay for serenity and tranquility which is a perfect ending for my almost 3- weeks travel. It is surrounded by. It is very clean. comfortable lodging. The hosts are so kind, friendly, and hospitable. They can arrange an airport ride, too, which I needed for an flight.

The Villa is easy to find at the end of the main road into Cavtat with a sign that says Villa Kipre, not just a generic "rooms" or "Zimmer" sign. The staff was prompt, friendly, and helpful. For anyone with a rental car, they also have onsite parking spaces. There is an easy walk to town for restaurants, shopping, a stroll on the wharf, etc. The rooms are clean, and double pane. Windows make for a quiet night. There is also a small balcony for sitting. Wi-Fi is strong and reliable.

If you're tired from walking up and down the stone steps in Dubrovnik, you're not done. You'll have to walk up two more floors, more stone steps, to get to your accommodations. For some reason the handheld shower fixture wall holder is located low to the ground. We used a small Velcro strap to temporarily attach it higher up on a shower shelf.

It is a great location , we have stayed in Cavtat three times before and we love the area. It was a short walk to the shops , restaurant and harbour . We were welcomed very well by the family and offered a welcome drink/ fresh figs ,which was appreciated after the long car journey to get there . Loved the view and the atmosphere from the balcony, the sea is wonderful and clear , we found a nice walk and a quiet beach .

The property has a nice outlook over Cavtat. It's a short walk into the old town centre which I think is the best part of Cavtat to be in. It's very clean and the hosts are friendly.

The apartment is a bit tired and could do with a freshen up. The shower is tiny and the shower curtain clings to you while you're having a shower. The air conditioning unit is old and noisy, it does the job though. I found it expensive compared to other similar apartments in Cavtat.

Very warm and welcoming hosts. Very clean and spaceous apartment, with a nice kitchen with all necessary facilties. Cleaning, refill of towels, and if any other things needed, just to ask. Quiet surrondings, with location within a few minutes walk from beaches, restaurants and shopping. Ideal apartment for our family of 5, with ages from 6 - 45.

Bright and airy room, excellent cleanliness. Liked the terrace being on the shady side of the property in the morning.

Hosts were very friendly and hospitable. We arrived pretty late in Cavtat and was just in time for a late dinner. Host was on his way out and offered to walk the street with us and recommended the best restaurants for dinner/ breakfast, and gave us a great introduction of his town. Main street is about 5-10mins walk away from accomodation. Beautiful and quieter town with great food. Will recommend to stay here if you are taking a drive down to Montenegro or even a night or two for a chill and romantic dinner.
