Piccolo ma perfetto, tranquillo, vicino a tutto sia per visitare sia per gli acquisti quotidiani. La proprietaria é una persona squisita e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa , ritorneremo, abbiamo giá riservato per l'anno orossimo. Grazie di tutto!

Apartment is very cozy, clean and has everything we needed, including iron, coffee and washing machine! This things made us really happy! Good localisation. The owner is very helpful, Anna stayed in touch with me for long time before we arrived. Gave me lots of useful information and answered all my questions! Lovely person!

The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. Loved the location. Walking distance from Via Etenea, Elephant Square, and many other sites. We rented a car for our stay and the secure parking was a definate plus. Anna Maria was available and happy to help with anything. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Ann Maria is very good in replying to all quieries promptly. We appreciated all her suggestions for visiting and also for Mt Etna excursion. Property has comfortable bed and is very pretty decorated. It is in a good location on a hill side that gives a very nice panorama of the part of the city. We felt very safe and had good restful nights. We would recommend Anna Maria as a good hostess.

Coquet, propre, avec une literie confortable. Climatisé. Les produits de base du quotidien sont fournis, que ce soit pour l'hygiène comme pour l'alimentaire (café, thé, sucre...). Nous aurions par contre apprécié une cafetière italienne plus grande. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous. Appartement donnant sur une cour intérieure et relativement calme. Cependant, si vous avez le sommeil léger, peut-être prévoir des boules quiès car nous entendions parfois les voisins du dessus. Si nous retournons à Catane, nous reviendrons sans hésiter chez Anna Maria.

Ideal for a couple. Very central to everything, restaurants everywhere and nice food. We ate in so many different ones. We would usually do breakfast at the apartment but if you need to it is possible to cook anything you want Anna Marie has it all very well equipped. If you are on a budget then the markets in Catania are tremendous you can buy all the fresh food you need. The choice is fantastic,fruit and veg meat fish it's all there everyday. We like the sea and the beach and for 1 euro each way the local bus it has the letter D on the front takes you to La Playa a beautiful sandy beach about 3 kilometres from town we did this a lot.We were there the last 2 weeks in May and the weather starts to get really warm then. It is also the best time to go if you want it reasonably quiet. Personally I would avoid July and August. We just used public transport, bus and a train station perfect for any place you might want to visit. We thought about hiring a car but decided not to the drivers in Catania are something else. We watched in amazement at the apparent lack of order on the roads and anything goes. But overall it's 5 stars for us and we will be back

We did spend 5 nights in this nice little appartment in downtown Catania. It is located only a few steps away from the pedestrian area and close to all sightseeing buildings. Lots of restaurants nearby. And since it is within an inner courtyard it is very quiet, too. Anna-Maria and her husband did welcome us very nicely with Zibibbo wine and cakes. They explained the area and -most welcome- they did offer us a free parking lot at their nearby office over the Easter holidays. Thank you! Communication with the owners is very easy. The appartment is very well equipped and has everything to cook breakfast and a little meal, too.

A nice small flat in a historic building, situated in a quiet courtyard with a locked entrance. Very much looked after, clean and secure! In the centre of Catania, just 5 mins walk to the main shopping street and historic sites. We recommend Catania because of it's combination of city, beach and hills (Etna). Anna Maria was very helpful and friendly! Thanks very much!

Abbiamo soggiornato per la seconda volta, in questo bellissimo monolocale, sito in zona centralissima del centro di Catania. Una vera chicca, arredato con gusto e confortevole. Un ottimo appoggio, per girare la città e le zone più belle della Sicilia meridionale! Dotato di aria condizionata e comodo anche il parcheggio nelle vie adiacenti.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were very comfortable, slept well. Tiny kitchen with all you need to make a lite meal or have your breakfast in the flat. It was also very reasonable. Things that would make the flat work better for us was more light in the master bedroom. The bedside lamps were useless. Also would like a more comfortable place to sit at the glass table and in the kitchen lounge area. We like our time to recover from visiting places and appreciate comfortable seating.

Всё необходимое для проживания: плита, микроволновая печь, посуда, удобная для 2-х кровать, приятные для сна подушки, вместительный душ. Так как находится вдали от дорог и пешеходной зоны, ночью никто и ничто не мешает и не беспокоит. В округе много тратторий и ресторанов, 2 рынка утренних. Рекомендуем для пар.

My daughter and I spent 10 days in Anna Maria’s apartment in November 2014. Communicating with Anna Maria was easy via email and Anna Maria arranged to pick us up at the airport and drop us off at the end of our holiday. Anna Maria was very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is perfect for two people and has everything you need for a short stay. There is a microwave and a two ring stove if you want to eat in, but there is plenty of restaurants and café to eat in from morning to night. The bed is comfortable and all appliances are of a good standard and worked fine. There are many places to visit on foot close to the apartment which is situated very close to the city centre and you can take the Autobus, Interbus or the train to other places such as Syracuse or Taormina. Anna Maria suggested a company and booked our full day tour of Mt. Etna, this was very worthwhile and a must when you visit. Anna Maria’s office is just around the corner from the apartment, so you can visit her during the day if necessary and she will answer any question you have. Overall we had a very pleasant stay in the apartment and felt like locals for a short while, I would recommend the apartment for two people and Anna Maria is a very helpful person.
