The location was good.

Lots of potential but totally missed it. The hotel is very attractive externally and is almost new so I expected they would have spent as much making it comfortable. There is a lot of traffic noise in the city, unfortunately they did not work at making the rooms quiet. On the top floor I had to use ear plugs to get to sleep. The beds are almost as comfortable as sleeping on the ground and have an unpleasant smell. I am accustomed to a few little insects around but these little guys were on everything. The desk staff works hard to communicate. The owner talked to me on arrival to explain that they had given the room that I reserved, the most expensive room they had, to someone else. He would help me out by giving me a discount from the most expensive room rate when I checked out. Everything is done halfway at best. A simple example is in the pic. Its a pretty tissue holder. Had the owner paid attention to the details this could have been a nice hotel. Sadly, he did not.

the hotel is new, clean and beautifully decorated, i liked the comfortable bed and good quality bedding; very quiet at night; fresh cut flowers on the table and a bottle of wine( for additional charge if we wanted) was s nice touch; friendly staff that helped us to book a taxi

Breakfast would be a nice addition but nothing else comes to my mind that i could complain about.

Excellent place in the centre of Dalat. We highly enjoyed our stay, definitely would not hesitate to stay there again!

Location is in the city center, very convenient. Plenty of restaurants nearby, presumably the reason the hotel does not have a restaurant. The owner is blessfully helpful from checking-in, booking of tours, arranging taxi, and he gave us free red wine...superb. The hotel mottiff is white and immaculately clean, spacious, and the daily room cleaning and replinishing are a plus. Definitely recommend this place, it is a money well spent for us, a group of 8. Kudos to the owner, his son, and the staff, the sent-off snacks given to us was delicious.

Spacious room and daily cleaning service provided! The shower tap is strong! There is heater too esp when the weather is cold! Good recommendations for tours provided! Friendly host and his son! Able to accommodate our request and provides help readily! Thank you for couriering my forgotten clothes to HCMC! Appreciate it a lot! Location is central too! Walking distance to the Night Market!

Sound proofing is not strong but all is good as it is quiet after 10/11pm.

The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, the place is spotless. The owners son speaks exceptional English. both him and his father were very helpful and accommodating. The cleaners were also a credit to the hotel. great location.

Very close the center and market. So good location. The staff let us checked in earlier as we had an early flight which was very convenient. The staff also helped us calling for our bus and ensured we were well picked up. So very nice and helpful staff. Clean room which is clean every morning and towels are changed.

Super friendly host family, new, big room, clean, great location

This is one of the most wonderful hotels in Da Lat for the price. When I first walked in the room, I was melted by the scent of it. Everything is clean and new. And absolutely, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nothing to disappoint.

It was very clean, staff were really friendly and the location was awesome. A good base whilst staying in Da Lat for a couple of nights but just be cautious of the shower as mentioned before.

No proper air con, just a fan which was pretty loud. The noise travels very easily through the building due to thin walls and a shaft going up the centre of the building with rooms having windows on to it with sound traveling up or down. The shower was borderline dangerous with the temperature. It was either cold or scolding hot and it got hot so fast you couldn't react in time to change the temperature or escape the water flow.
