Bienvenue dans votre maison loin de chez vous. Situé dans le développement Paramount, notre belle maison de 3 chambres / 2. 5 salles de bain a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour en faire une mémoire parfaite. Un ensemble de matelas à plateau-coussin Beautyrest king-size vous attend dans la suite parentale. Les deux autres chambres ont des lits queen-size. Nous avons fourni une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un mélangeur Ninja, NutriBullet, Cuisinart, Crock Pot, casseroles, poêles et plats de cuisson de toutes tailles, ainsi qu’une armoire avec condiments et principales épices. Dans le salon, un canapé confortable en cuir et une chaise longue vous attendent, pour regarder la nouvelle télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces avec le forfait de divertissement 150+ Direct TV, avec des DVD Blu-ray et des sélections de films. Les armoires des cuisines sont pleines de Duplos, Blistle Blocks, livres et jeux de toutes sortes pour tous les âges.

This home was PERFECT for our week long pre wedding stay.!!! We cooked at home each night and appreciated all the cooking equipment. The house is immaculate and extremely cozy. This home is centrally located to all the places we needed to be. The hosts were friendly and easy to work with. I am so thankful we found this VRBO!!!

Dave was amazing to work with. The house was clean, just as described, and had everything our family needed to feel comfortable. We enjoyed a week there exploring all Boise had to offer. The kids enjoyed two of the four community pools, loved that there were games, markers, etc. for them to play with, and could run around in the fenced in back yard. Stores/restaurants were all close which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when we visit Boise the next time.

This was a great rental. The only thing I did not like was that the owners did not disclose on their property details page that they have three outdoor security cameras. Had I known this, I would not have booked this property. The owner also entered the garage during our time there, which has never happened to us during a Vrbo rental before. The owner seemed very nice, but I just wasn't into the Big Brother vibes.

Dave and Kathy were amazing hosts, and the property was outstanding. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Plenty of space for 6 family members who were there for a family gathering, as well as extended family whom we hosted for dinner one evening. Loved the dining table on the back patio and beautiful yard. Highly recommend!

The home was very clean and in a nice quite neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding and the house worked well for us. This trip was without children but, it would be great for our teens. We have a graduation this summer and thinking about booking it for then. The subdivision has a park, pool access, which we did not use. But it looked private, clean and I'm sure lots of fun. Beds comfortable and overall a great stay.
One thing is the stairs are quite steep in the house, maybe younger children or elderly might have a hard time.

The house was very clean and comfortable in a great neighborhood so close to great shopping. The hosts were so kind and helpful and we had everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again! Communication with the hosts was great and they helped us get settled and offered fantastic restaurant recommendations.

The communication with the owners was top notch. Had trouble accessing the garage for the first time, obviously it was my fault and the communication and help was instant. I got it figured out shortly and the rest of the stay went off without a hitch. Good supply of games, towels, appliances and all the things you expect in a rental. Perfect home for our stay to visit family
In Meridian. A very comfortable home that was nicely furnished. Convenient location. Enjoyed the gas fireplace as it was Christmas holiday. The kitchen has all the serving cookware and utensils you will ever need. Bedrooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are very functional. Owner/Host was very attentive to our needs and satisfaction. Definitely recommend this home.

As you can see by the 5 star ratings I left, we had a lovely stay. We live in Los Angeles and needed a property near our relatives in Boise for a reunion.
Our hosts and the home itself were warm (literally - they warmed it before our arrival), and comfortable. The master suite my wife and I stayed in had linens and pillows that were so soft we didn’t want to get out of bed.

Everything was great from beginning to end. Reservations and communications were great and the house was perfect for us. Roomy with everything we needed to host a Thanksgiving meal. We would gladly stay again.

Had a very nice stay here. Very clean and comfortable. It feels more like home than a "vacation rental." David was very responsive to our inquiries. The information folder had a lot of useful information. We did try TV, but it was different TV from info folder and we couldn't log onto ROKU. Not a biggie as we don't watch much TV and were had a lot of activites already planned. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We had a great time staying on vacation at this property. We were easily able to find everything close by. Shopping, church, local restaurants, etc. The house itself had great amenities for our stay. Community center and community pools. Property owner was very nice and helpful. Overall great stay. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

This house was exactly what we needed, in a lovely neighborhood, walking distance to a community pool. It was easy to communicate with the hosts; I had a little trouble with the app that opens the garage door, and Dave was able to take care of it remotely. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

I would recommend this house to people who have family and need privacy. My kids don't like to share rooms anymore. Hotels just aren't an option.
Host was in contact and we checked in and out easily using an app on a mobile phone.
The neighborhood is very beautiful. The house is close to many restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay here. We have stayed in 6 other vacation rentals here in Boise and tbis is by the best one! The owners mak sure your stay us five-star and go to great lengths to .ake sure you have everyrhing you need. This is by far the most well-stocked with spices, dishes, cookware, towels and bedding, soaps and toiletries, than any other place we have stayed. There is a printer as well. The home is beautifully furnished and spotless. The backyard is very spacious with green grass, a nice table with big chairs and a huge grill. (I dont know how to use one but it looks like a good one). The neighborhood is great and suoer safe. Near Eagle Rd and every store and restaurant I could want. Check out the Village at Meridian with the shops and restaurants and the colored fountain shows at night.Loved it!

Beautiful home, newer construction in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great central location just north of Meridians old town with many great places to shop, eat and drink. Property is well maintained and has everything you need to enjoy a really nice stay.

Newer style home was very comfortable, well furnished, with a large well-manicured backyard and nice patio, in a high end Meridian community. A great bonus were the 4 community pools with free access provided with the home, including a pool just 2 short blocks away.
The hosts are experienced with several VRBO listings, and live nearby and readily available if needed.
Considering the home was less expensive than any of the hotels in Meridian and it's really hard to beat. We'll definitely be back.

This is a fantastic house for a weekend or even week stay! The house was super clean and well maintained. The pictures on the website are 100 percent accurate. Comfortable beds and high-end linens and towels. Great location close to everything in a quiet neighborhood. I would for sure stay there again!
