Had a great time overall. Infinity pool was great. Layout of house works well and enjoyed all 4 king beds. Overhead fans were so dusty we wouldn’t turn them on until we contacted property management and had cleaning crew come back tho fans could still use a good clean. No chairs around tiki hut. But we still enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return.

We only had 1 issue with the pool/spa pump heater but Daniella was quick to send help the next day to get it fixed. We loved spending our days by the pool and nights in the hot tub. Great views of the canal. Such a beautiful home!

The house is beautiful and better than the pics. The only issue we had is the pool didn’t heat well for weather in the 60’s and low 70’s. The kids would have swam more and we all would have enjoyed our stay more. Nicole tried to help the problem and had the pool company there the next day. It was really only warm enough for me to feel comfortable one day. The older kids still swam but the baby got to cold.

Great communication with the owner prior to arriving and the property manager (Nicole) once there. The house is beautiful. 5th bedroom is really an office with a futon (stated in the description but some people miss reading it). Very clean house. Loved the pool and hot tub area. Extra electricity cost was very reasonable for the week - we heated the pool all week. Would definitely rent this house again.

Great house for a getaway
We enjoyed our time in Cape Coral very much. The house was as expected, with the exception of the 5th bedroom. There was a sofa bed in an office in addition to the 4 bedrooms. The saltwater pool and hot tub were wonderful. Check in and check out were a breeze, staff very accommodating and answered all of our questions.

Great place to stay
We have rented several houses in the past and this was by far the best! The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The bikes and kayaks were in great condition. There were plenty of towels for everyone including beach towels. As well as coolers and chairs to take to the beach if needed. The bikes and kayak were in great condition. Many times you get to a place and find out that all the extra things provided are broken or not in good shape. This was not the case here. The beds were also very comfortable. The only thing that I wasn't fond of was the extra you are charged for electricity. And that isn't really clear when renting. The only reason I knew was becuase I read it in another review. Other than that this house was perfect.

House was nice, but wouldn’t rent again. The pool was advertised as heated, It is NOT heated!! The pool can be heated, IF you pay extra for the electricity!! During our stay, both the pool & hot tub were ICE COLD (68 degrees). The air was 80 during day & cool at night. It took about 2-3 hours to heat the hot tub to 95 degrees & the “second” you shut the heater off, it immediately pumped ICE cold water in from the pool, so you just wasted the time heating it. I would guess it would take a couple days to heat the pool?? When we arrived the WIFI & TVs were not working & our US Cellular phones didn’t have internet inside the house. I called Nicole, who is very accommodating, she was out of town, so I rebooted the modem & got things working. The coffee pot had burnt gross coffee left in it that the maids didn’t clean & no kitchen wash clothes. Nicole immediately bought new. The glass I drank from was broken & mold inside the washer. The tiki hut only had 1 chair so we couldn’t sit together (the other looked to be at bottom of canal for a long time). Perhaps they should screw down, so they don’t blow away. A few of the bedroom & bathroom doors wouldn’t stay open, used a shoe to prop them open. Going from the master bedroom into the bathroom toilet the doors come together, & I think I broke my toe. They give you a $50. allowance for electricity for 1 week (for everything…. Air conditioning, hot water heater, refrigerator, stove, lights, heat pool, hot tub). I didn’t know until after booking & getting contract. It ruined our stay to constantly worry about how much I’d owe? No idea how much it would cost to heat hot tub or pool. We stayed 10 days, allowance about $70, & we didn’t heat the pool & barely heated the hot tub, we ended up owing only $4.00. If you use the grill they charge $50 to clean it. Also note the price they advertise is not US dollars, its euros, so cost is more than we thought. Owner is in Germany, so takes a day to get a reply. We have rented a lot of beautiful homes & have never been nickeled & dimed to death. I think if you are charging a ridiculous price of over $4k for 10 days, the house should include electricity & cleaning the grill. The welcome note said, “we left a gift in the refrigerator for you”. We found 2 bottles of water & 2 beers, not sure if you’re supposed to pass the 2 beers around to your whole party to each take a sip or if it was left by someone that didn’t use it?

Pool and hot tub feature is great along with the nice view of the channel and boats passing by. The location is great to visit other Cape Coral attractions and restaurants. Outstanding Experience
The house and property are as fantastic as they look in the pictures. We stayed for 10 days. The pool was so great that we actually skipped the beach several days to stay there. As others have said, grocery stores, restaurants and the like were close by. We found the beds and bedding quite comfortable and of high quality. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Regarding the extra charges for electricity use—we consulted Nicole on what to expect if we heated the pool during our stay and decided that the additional charges were worth it for us. So we heated the pool to an incredibly comfortable 92 degrees for the entire 10 days, heated the hot tub and kept the AC at about 74-75 degrees. Our additional electricity charges totaled about $125. We thought that was well worth it for us. That said, the pool in Cape Coral in mid summer was by no means cold, and the extra charges for us were a luxury rather than a necessity. The house was also very clean, including floors and appliances. The house truly feels like someone’s well-cared-for home, and not a rental. Finally, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, occupied primarily by homeowners. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful House
This trip was a high school graduation gift for my son and his 3 friends. The house was perfect for our group - I was separate on one side of the house with my own BR and BA. The boys had 2 full bathrooms to split on their side of the house. The pool and hot tub area are just gorgeous. We could have spent the whole week in the backyard.
The location is great - there's basically everything you need within a 5-10 minute drive (Publix, CVS, Walmart). It is a very quiet neighborhood.
A few notes that a renter should be aware of and that were not clear to me when I booked. If you use the outdoor gas grill you will be charged $50 - no matter how thoroughly you clean it after use. This was a total bummer for me, as I had wanted to grill our dinners, but was not going to pay an extra $50 for the grill. I also chose this listing as I had seen other rentals in the area that charged a fee for electricity use (and many renters were upset about this extra charge). I did not realize that this property had this hidden cost. I understand some people abuse these things...and the rest of us have to pay for their lack of courtesy. We were extremely mindful of the doors being open and kept the A/C at 77 despite it being nearly 100 every day. Our final electricity cost was ~$40.

The house was perfect for us! Lots of space! We loved having the pool right there for us. Everything is kept perfectly and we appreciate the cleanliness. The location was close to many surrounding areas and was a quick drive to beaches. We would definitely stay again!

This home was even better than how it was described. Loved hanging out on by the pool. Plenty of toys and supplies for beach and pool. Nicole was very nice and helpful. If we needed anything, she was on it. Home was spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Had plenty of bikes and a kayak(although we never used them). Nice quiet neighborhood. The weather wasn’t very cooperative the week we were there but thank goodness the pool and home were our savior. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing vacation. Family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Cape Coral. We can honestly say that it is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We spent most of our time outside relaxing by the pool and were very impressed that bug screen was able to keep out ALL the bugs.
The only criticism we have is that the wifi was spotty and needed to be "restarted" everyday and there were a few burned out bulbs in the bathrooms.
Other than that, it was a fabulous place! We will definitely come back again.

Excellent Family Stay!
We recently visited with two families - a combined 4 adults and 5 children all under the age of of 7. This was fantastic destination! Very close to all of the Cape Coral amenities, including a fantastic Cuban bakery just a mile away! Less than a 30-minute drive to Pine Island or Fort Myers Beach. Many restaurants close by and available for delivery if desired. Beautiful pool and outdoor space. Screened in for safety from canal. Would definitely recommend.

Great place!
We were really happy with the villa. It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had an issue with the pool not heating (turns out there was a cut electrical wire) and the property manager responded promptly and took care of the issue. We'd stay here again!
