Great location on Lake Como, the views are spectacular, you have a good view from the windows as well, the best one is from the private terrace, the apartment was very spacious, enough for a family, with a room for the kids as well, you had all the needed necessities there, from the equiped kitchen to the usual stuff in the apartment (iron, ironing table, hair dryer, etc.) the explanation video and instructions from the staff of House of Travelers is very clear and easy to folow, great job on that by the way, awesome job. You have a private garage for your car, recomend having a car, there is not much to do in the local city so you might want to explore the other small towns on Lake Como. Except for the little issues below, everything was great.

The apartment could have been cleaned a little bit better, there where still some places not cleaned so well in some rooms. For a longer stay, above 3 nights it would be great to have an extra set of towels for each guest, since there is no actual “make up room” service, that way you don’t need to bother anyone with anything. Also it would be great to have some soap or liquid soap there, you do get some nice small bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but that last for about one shower for two people. The terrace is a bit “strange” to access, like going out of your apartment, down the stairs, walk along side the main road 10m, enter the other gate where the car is, go up the stairs to the terrace, always bring the keys with you or you won’t be able to enter the gate again, imagine bringing some wine, glasses, snacks, pillows or anything else like this in one go. It’s an experience I can tell you.

It was very clean and the owners were friendly. The view from the big terrace was beautiful and should be available to both apartments. Thank you for letting us use it.

We needed somewhere to hang all of our towels - more hooks maybe. We also needed a big bowl to mix something in - a big salad bowl perhaps.

Nicely located listening. Easy to get around the lake como area if in car. The apartment is spacious with plenty room for a family with children.

Location and views are perfect, appartment itself is very modern and has all neccesities.

I would adwise to have gas grill, both from convenience perspective and also from firesafety, in summer when everything is dry firing coals for grill was challlenging and extreme.

it was very spacious and clean - there’s a small beach just over the road which is little used and thus very private. The apt is mid way between the villages of Sala and Colonna and the ferry points in each. it’s a quiet area which in mid season is a plus point if you don’t like too many people! private secure parking. has two private balcony’s.

there’s no real cooking facilities other than microwave - the apt is on the main lake road so very busy. the pictures will show a large terraced area but this is reserved for another apt although we asked to use it.

Appartement was really big with a nice view. Hosts/Owners were super nice.

With this heat, air conditionning would not have been a luxury.
