Great guest house. Clean and tidy. We stayed over for 2 nights, taking a trip into London one day via train from Chertsey station which is just a few miles away, and also a trip to thorpe park, again, only a few miles away. Ideal place to stay for these 2 reasons. Would definitely stay again when going to London, or nearby theme parks

Quite tight to park, but ideal having your car right outside your room, so not really a major problem.

We've stayed here now a couple of times. Great size room, on-site secure parking, friendly and helpful staff, really comfortable beds, clean and tidy. The little 'kitchenette' is a great feature, having a fridge to keep drinks cool or a few snacks is incredibly helpful especially in the warmer weather. Fantastic location for thorpe Park

The 1 thing I would say as the only slight negative as a security conscious single woman travelling with a teenage daughter. Our room had a key pad entry.. When we arrived we were shown into our room and the code for the room was verbally confirmed in front of other guests. My only suggestion for the future would be that the code is either handed to you on a piece of paper or verbally confirmed in private.

We have stayed here before and as always it was a delight. I left a message to say it was a birthday trip on my booking so they blew up some balloons and added them into the room!

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need. Plenty of space for families, exceptionally clean. Will definitely stay again and recommend as location is great for easy access to so many attractions.

Exceptionally clean. Handy little fridge, toaster and microwave. Quiet, despite being on a fast road. Very helpful staff.

Was a little unlucky that the family in the apartment next door started cooking, playing music, entertaining young children from 6.30am.

The rooms are clean and really beautiful. Amenities in this room are smaller than in the previous room I’ve stayed in however I feel that was reflected in the price so no problems

The fridge and microwave advertised online were in a separate room, which felt like a storage room. The rooms are very badly insulated, the guests next door were very loud and I could hear their chatting until early morning.

Bad impression first the beginning!!! No sign to go to the reception …. We can go in because was another car behind as tell the code nr for the gate 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️, and we go inside and look around we can’t find the reception… and we decided to leave!!

I sent a message for cancellation and today I have a email l need to pay the money?? What is this?? What hotel you are?? Never come back and tell everyone about this experience 🙁🙁

Welcomed by the hosts. Gave lots of tips on places nearby. Very clean. Nice big rooms and big bathroom. It is refreshing to stay in a place where the owners really put the effort in.

I think the facilities for cooking could have been better: - a bigger waste bin in the room or another bin bag - fresh cloths or sponges

No breakfast available but we knew that. Tea and coffee making was possible We requested an early check in which they kindly provided. Very nice generally. Clean, modern, comfortable beds, nice bathroom.

WiFi was a little bit hit and miss - but manageable. Otherwise perfect.
