Comfortable Condo Downtown Lincoln

Ce condo sans fumée est complètement mis à jour. Cuisine complète et laveuse sécheuse. Peut accueillir quatre adultes facilement avec le lit queen et un matelas pneumatique queen size. Il y a aussi un grand canapé très confortable si besoin. Une entrée sécurisée et des parkings sont disponibles à proximité, comme on le voit sur les photos. Le câble de base est fourni ainsi que le WiFi pour tous vos besoins. Le téléviseur acceptera également vos appareils de streaming.

The place was great! Just as listed. Communication with host was great, cant complain at all.

Although the building itself is older, the unit is awesome! It is well furnished, has a LOT of space, the bed is SO comfortable (the pillows are perfect), and everything that one would need to stay a week or a month is right there. I really enjoyed the space and host is terrific, resolving an issue with the door lock almost instantly. Loved it!

Stop in Lincoln for 3 days after returning from Canada-good location great price-a lot of revitalization right around the building but close to U of Nebraska, Capitol and restaurants/shops

We were in town for the Lincoln Marathon. The start and finish were within walking distance. The condo was well stocked and quiet. It was a great stay!

The host was very kind and gracious and went out of his way to help a very frazzled guest who does not do well with directions and one way streets. Very much appreciated his kindness and help!! The condo was nice and clean.

I wish I had found this property sooner! We stayed here for my son’s graduation from UNL. It’s obviously an older building but the condo was updated and VERY clean. We were only able to stay one night because it was booked the other nights we needed but I’m so glad we got one night. You can’t beat the location! The property owner was great to work with, answered several questions very quickly…just really great to work with!! My son lives in this building and I have a feeling he will be staying at this property in the future, when he goes back to visit Lincoln. And if we ever go back to Lincoln, we will definitely book here!

Everything was as listed. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Furnace/air was noisy, but did drown out the outside noise. We would stay there again.

Overall, the location and place is nice. Our only issue was the mattress on the bed. It needs to be replaced.

Would not stay here again!!
The location was good, but if you plan to cook in the property, choose a different location. There wasn’t even a bowl other than 3 cereal bowls. There were no utensils other than a few forks and spoons and a spatula. The creamer was dated good till 2019 - which I didn’t see until it was too late. Unable to lock the door when we left - we were told that ‘maybe the batteries are low’ but never fixed it!! An iron, but no ironing board - after I specifically asked about an iron. Don’t sit on the kitchen stools as they were rickety - actually scary. And if you enjoy sleeping in a taco - this place is for you! No hangers...I could go on and on!!

The property was conveniently located, clean, and quiet. Everything we needed was in the condo. We enjoyed our stay.

In Lincoln During Corvid-19
We had the unfortunate luck of being in Nebraska during the time everything in Lincoln closed due to Covid-19. Despite restaurants and bars being closed, we had a lovely dinner in the condo. Even though we had to contact our host to get corrected entry codes for entry to the building and to the condo, our host was quick to respond to my calls and get us in the door. And even though we were in downtown Lincoln, the condo was quiet. Through no fault of our host, we chose to leave a day early, so we could shelter at home rather than in Nebraska, and we were offered a partial refund. We appreciated that! Next time we're in Lincoln, we would stay again at the condo.

This is truly a lovely property for a couple or small group. Beautifully appointed with everything you will need for your stay. It is in a fantastic location- close to the Haymarket, the stadium, and PB Arena.

The condo had all the amenities I needed for my stay and was located within walking distance to the Haymarket for dining and entertainment. Would stay there again!

Location Location Location
Had a great weekend with our son for his fraternity Mom’s Day! This was a great location, perfect for my husband and I. So comfortable. We were able to walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Will definitely try to stay here again when in Lincoln!

Nice flat in a perfect location for all the downtown attractions
We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go in the downtown and Haymarket districts.

Great condo at perfect location!
We loved this condo. We had everything we needed and more! So clean, comfy bed, terrific shower. We have rented many places through VROB/HOME WAY. Bert was very easy to reach by phone and the condo had that little something extra. Good coffee, plenty of paper products, nice appliances.

Loved the downtown location!!! Very neat and clean with great air conditioning, which is a must for us. It was nice to have washer/dryer right in the condo as well. The owner was easy to reach and answered all my questions. Great little gem in a great city! We'll definitely be back!
