Cette unité lumineuse, plage et vibrante a été rénovée en 2018 et est un endroit parfait pour votre prochaine escapade à la plage. Préparez un repas dans la cuisine de plage blanche, mangez ensemble autour de la table à manger ou regardez un film sur la grande télévision du salon.

The condo was right on the beach which was fantastic! it had a sun umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler- all amenities needed to enjoy a day at the ocean.

Zareh who manages this property is incredible. He sent information about restaurants, events in the area etc. He checked in a couple times to make sure all was well. When the battery in the smoke detector went bad and it was chirping he had someone there right away to handle it.

Great location directly on the beach, the sunset from the roof terrace is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Zareh saved my golfing experience with his course suggestions. Apartments are very clean and offer everything you can wish for. Thanks for the great time.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Everything right on the doorstep. Staff was wonderful olace was simply awesome and looking to return next year.

Stayed with my husband and another couple. Location, location, location! Condo was as described. Easy entry, great communication with owner, clean and stocked for the week with paper towel, toilet paper, detergents, etc. Washer and dryer was a great extra. Large TVs and wonderful heated pool. We would have liked anotger comfy chair in living room but we adapted and used the dining room table.
The complex management team could use more personality. We had a gentleman become a little mire snippy than i would have liked. Were 60 ish and were getting ready to get out of the pool around 8pm (no where close to dark or dusk) and he walked thru and snapped pool closes at dusk, get your stuff. The only items we had were 2 towels and shoes. We didnt let him ruin our stay and laughed it off. He didnt have anything to say earlier when 4 teens were running aound the pool and diving in a pool too shallow for that. Other guests wete very nice and friendly and we were lucky enough to see 2 rockets take off.

The stay was great loved the place. The only thing I’d change is to have a cover on the smoking section everything was great. Staff was helpful the place was clean and convenient. Room for everyone and it made for a wonderful vacation

This is a great location and the outside and common areas are very nice!
The condo I stayed in was DIRTY and beat up. It was missing a closet door which was replaced w/a dirty sheer curtain panel on a spring rod. The bathrooms were in terrible shape missing towel bars - and just dirty w hair and mold. The couch was torn and had a food container in the cushion from the previous occupant.

We really enjoyed our stay. Bed was a little Soft for our liking but it worked. Dishwasher broke will we were ther but they replaced it rather quickly. Property and unit was very clean. Nice Pool and Beach.

Chateau by the Sea, overall, is a great location and management company was very helpful in a timely manner. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The dog walk area needs lighting, but is convenient. Our condo was not very clean- baseboards were very dirty and there was a lot of dust in overhead bathroom vents. We called management and they sent someone right away. We did see other condos on the property and they were much cleaner.

I would give this place 10 stars. Immaculate. Well decorated. Comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed. Communication was outstanding. I will definitely stay there again!!! I loved this place!!!

Relaxing Vacation at Chateau by the Sea
We really enjoyed our recent stay at unit 304 at Chateau by the sea. The location was great- not only right on the beach, but right next to the pier for dinner & drinks and just a few blocks from Publix as well. The condo was immaculately clean and the building itself and pool area were well maintained. We appreciated the availability of both laundry and dishwasher detergent and made use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Elevators were convenient as was the free parking. Communication with Kelsey was great and she sent helpful information about the area. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, Condo great!!
Loved everything about the Condo. Ease of checking in, location, contact with manager. This was perfect for a 10 day stay. Right on the beach by the pier. Close to restaurants, Publix, dunking donuts, etc... Everything is close by. The condo has an elevator,along with luggage and grocery carts. Pool is a nice size and fun. we would definitely stay again...

Nice Vacation
Condo was nice and clean. Loved being able to sit on the deck and see the ocean. Loved the beach access and what was provided for us in the condo for the beach. Short drive to a lot of good restaurants. And the best part was the wonderful roof top deck. The view is amazing.

Very clean, rooftop patio was awesome, heated pool very nice, but by 2:30 the sun was gone because the building blocked it. We had some internet issues, but all in all, very nice. Kelsy was wonderful to work with. Very helpful

This is a very well managed and maintained property. All of the other tenants while we were here were very respectful of the rules. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Cocoa Beach.

Absolutely beautiful, plentiful roominess, perfectly located, right next to Cocoa Beach Pier. Walking distance to a great Italian restaurant/pizza and meals carry out or eat in. Plenty of room for my spouse and I to enjoy with our dog, who we love to travel with and as a part of our family knowing she is in our care makes our getaway complete. Lovely balcony views.

We loved this condo!! It was very clean, nicely decorated and close to the beach. Easy walk to the pier and some great restaurants. We loved the rooftop sitting area. Cocoa Beach is a new favorite of ours!!

Beautiful and clean condo!
We fell in love with this condo! The place was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, cooler, towels etc). They even have carts for your groceries & luggage carts, such a good idea! The rooftop deck has such a beautiful view also. The only thing we didn’t like was how uncomfortable the beds were, I’d definitely upgrade those. Overall, a wonderful time in Cocoa Beach!
