This property was a great place to stay. Lots to do. Very easy access to the beach. A short walk to the pier. The condo was clean and the owner was easy to get ahold of. There was an AC unit in the bedroom which is so nice and many beach rentals don’t have any AC.

We had a really good time. The property was clean. The room was nice. The man that I had to deal with to check in, was very unfriendly. And the sink water smelled terrible. Other than that, great vacay.

We had a wonderful family reunion at this complex. Our unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The air conditioner in the bedroom was huge plus! Thanks Brad!

We had a great time at Brad’s place! Everything was clean and ready for our stay! Check-in was easy! Access to the beach was exactly what we wanted! Location is great! Lots of places to eat
close by. Brad responded quickly to any questions we had. The boogie boards, chairs and beach towels were provided which made our packing so much easier and lighter! It was a relaxing and memorable time for our family. Can't wait to stay at Brad’s place again!

The complex (North Coast Village) is great - very much feels like a resort. While this unit is a garden-view near the back of the property, it's still a very easy walk to the beach. Oceanside is reasonably compact, and it's only about a 20 minute walk to either the pier or downtown. Fit and finish in the unit are excellent - we particularly appreciated the very comfortable beach chairs and excellent shower. Check-in, check-out and parking were a breeze. Unit could use a bit better selection of glassware and cutting boards, but that's a minor complaint. Upstairs neighbor foot traffic can be disturbing if you're trying to sleep late. Since the complex is literally right on the ocean, the units do not come standard with A/C. But this unit has several excellent fans and a locking screen door on the front, which provides excellent breeze throughout. It is also on the ground floor, so does not heat up appreciably during the day. Complex is fenced/gated and felt very safe.
Would definitely stay again.

Condo was private and spacious conformable chair to was tv. We had a great time. didn't use the beach chairs or other fun thing that were provided. We would stay again.

The casita was very comfortable and nice. A little noisy because of the coaster traffic at night. Hand held shower holder was broken which made it hard to shower. Very nice place to stay.

North Coast Village has an excellent location on beach and beautifully landscaped grounds with nice pool and amenities. It is very large with many buildings and units and we got lost repeatedly trying to find our way. This unit is nicely decorated with a large living room. It is the farthest from the beach and across the street from the train which comes through a lot but really didn’t bother us too much. It has a nice patio with chairs and table. The main thing we didn’t like was no air conditioning. It was quite hot. There is a stand alone unit in bedroom which is very noisy and can’t be moved so rest of unit is very hot and stuffy. There are some fans which helped a tiny bit. Also BEWARE: they do not provide any soap or shampoo in shower. This is first time in lots of world travels I had to go buy a bar of soap. Kitchen doesn’t have anything except some salt and pepper and a little coffee.

Bedroom had A/C rest only had fans to move the very humid air. We put them around us for cool breeze. The community is lovely, location excellent, walk to many restaurants, a short walk to beach.No sun/no rain just grey

The place was great! Just as described, we enjoyed being there, wish it could have been longer. Loved being able to walk directly to the beach and to downtown Oceanside for everything.

My sons and I stayed at this property and absolutely loved it. The location is extremely convenient, the complex is beautiful, the unit is very spacious and comfortable. Being able to walk right onto the beach was awesome, the pool and other amenities were a great bonus.
Brad reached out to make sure we were settled in well and when I mentioned the coffee pot wasn’t working, he told me where a back up pot was. He even offered to have a new one delivered the next day if the backup coffee pot wasn’t there.
We will definitely be coming back!

This was a great little place in a beach front condo area. Good location to different dining spots, and was walkable to many of them. The beach was amazing, and made the trip excellent.

I did come without my children but it would have been wonderful for them. Beach chairs and boogie boards included. Safe and well maintained property. Wonderful pool and jacuzzi. Would love to visit again. Walked through the property to get to the beach and it's so beautiful.

Brads unit was great for our family.
The location of the unit is misleading but overall wasn’t an issue.
There was not a lot of noise.
The sofa bed has a bit of a downhill slope. But is fine for kids.
The complex is great for families with an amazing pool and hot tub!
We had everything we needed including beach toys!
Great stay and hope to come back.

We stayed here on Jan 1 - Jan 11 as a work from anywhere location. Prior to our stay we had several questions and Brad always responded quickly. Upon arrival we had some issues with the TV remote and Brad was again super responsive to come get the remote and get it fixed prior to us wanting to watch a special football game.
Overall, the condo was clean and well furnished. We had read in prior reviews that the chairs were stained but we did not see that issue. We had also read that you could hear the train a lot again, we did not find that to be the case. The description listed this as a garden condo. We were a little surprised to find that garden level meant you had to still take a few stairs in and out of the condo. For someone older, this might be a challenge. Also the HOA does not allow for luggage carts and/or shopping carts so if you have a lot of things to haul into the condo you need to bring your own cart. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Excellent location, close to everything. Clean and the garage parking is great. It did get a little warm inside with no A/C, but the multiple fans provided worked well to cool it off.

This is a very nice house. Everything you could wish for is there. We loved to have breakfast on the patio in the garden in the morning. It is right next to the beach, the cozy harbor and the center of Oceanside with nice restaurants. Brad is always available and quick to help when needed.
We have been here for a month and had a very good time. Worth repeating!

The online location google pin does NOT reflect where the unit is, its at the very back of the building next to the road and train tracks. We booked it thinking it was the building closest to the beach just behind the beach front units.
Overall the property is ok, manager very friendly and let us check in early but unit furniture is old and stained (recliners really gross) and bedding is old and hasnt been refreshed in years. Unit was ok clean but just old and worn. There were boogie boards and beach chairs which was nice.

Renting this property went very smoothly. It was easy to get hold of the host with questions, and his responses were sent back quickly. This property was recently nicely remodeled and comfortable, with just a short walk to the beach. We look forward to coming back!

A short walk to the ocean
This condo was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was an added bonus for my 4 year olds. The owner was available for any questions and very accommodating.
It’s about a 2 minute walk to the beach. No doubt, I will book this place next year.

Great location, however this unit is on a busy street with train tracks across the street and I mean frequent trains.

Car broken into inside gates
Beautiful property, great location to beach, no AC though. Worst part... our car was broken into and items stolen. It was in the parking garage and locked. Rules said no car alarms, so car was locked but alarm off. No cameras inside garage. Not happy campers. Very bad experience to what could have been a great vacation.
