Room itself was clean.
New active large construction site right in front of the house. Construction machinery noise and pollution even on Saturday, not only during working days. The bathroom is shared, and the other guests left not only the bath but also the toillet very dirty. Disgustingly dirty. The room itself looks like USA motel chain room. No character, no charm, nothing Sicilian there what so ever. On top of it, there are 5 (really five) ugly big garbage/rubbish bins. Rubbish separation is great, but the 5 really ugly rubbish bins should not be in the room itself. But worse is the location. In the middle of nowhere. An hour walk or 20 - 25 EUR taxi ride from old town.

Everything was great. The room was nice and comfortable, bathroom always clean and tidy, there was even a rack to hang towels from the beach. Breakfast was delicious with fresh coffee/cappuccino, water/juices and cereal/bread/croissants. The owners are super nice as well!! Open and helpful for and with every question you might have. I would definitely stay again, it was lovely.
The city center is ~ 3km away, you can walk or take a bus from a station 2min from the apartment which is great BUT the last bus drives at 8pm which is a bit annoying for a solo-traveler.
And also, nothing bad, just a side note: There is a kitchen, but it’s only open for breakfast, not for using it yourself.

Absolutely spotlessly clean. Lovely staff, comfy bed. Good air con, great shower.
Location wasn't great, not alot around in terms of cafes and bars.

Very nice, new, clean apartament. Lots of space, large wardrobe, fridge, suuuuper comfortable bed.
Great, delicious Italian style breakfast (different from continental - mostly sweet pastries with jam,honey, chocolate etc. cookies, and fruit).
Large clean bathroom with a tub. You have to share it with guests in room down the hall but it wasn't a problem at all.
Host super friendly and helpful.

The only downside I can think of is the distance from the centre of Trapani. I had a car so it wasn't a problem at all (4minute drive from the centre) or you can take a taxi.
If you dont want to rent a car or use taxis this might be a problem for you.
Other than that - absolutely nothing to complain about.
