Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Der Wasserdruck der Dusche verlangt einem sehr viel Geduld ab😂

The apartment was in a great location with easy access to the lovely town of Beaune and gorgeous wine estates nearby. It is light, airy, comfortable and has a well-equipped kitchen. There was a free parking lot nearby for our rental car. The communication with us was effective and most helpful and we were grateful for the local guidelines and map provided by our host.

Amazing location. Quiet but right in the centre of Beaune.
Big, comfortable, nice decor. we didn’t cook so can’t comment on kitchen utensils. Friendly and helpful host.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of Beaune. We loved the mix of old and new in the apartment, full of lots of little details to make our stay more enjoyable. Our teens loved the Fuzeball table! Andre was the most welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommend if visiting the area.

Location is as central as it can be. Just a few steps then you're in the heart of Beaune.
Andre is a great host to guide you through the house and also things to do in Beaune.
The house is really large with 3 bedrooms and a big living room + kitchen.
All things were well equipped and clean.
Stairs. You need to climb 1.5 floors so if you have heavy luggage it can be inconvenient.
Water pressure of the shower was weak. I don't care that much, but if you're sensitive on this, you may feel uncomfortable.

Location was terrific. The partner had a frig, fuse all table for the kid, tv, microwave and stovetop. Almost everything you needed.

No breakfast was included as indicated in the description but since it was located right in the centre, there was no problem getting fresh croissants and pain au chocolate from the nearby boulangerie and a few other food and drink items. Even if we were surrounded by cafes and restaurants, the area was reasonably calm and quiet. Parking was also not so difficult.
