We had a great experience. We were able to talk to the owner very easily. We are definitely going to stay here again and tell our family and friends to do the same.

Balconies overlook the ocean and the walkway. Great ocean views and sounds. Nice to have underground parking. Unit is handicapped accessible. Bed comfortable. The complex is 50 years old. Bathrooms and kitchen a bit dated. But maintained well. Ron was very easy to work with.

Really nice location and view. Two bed, two bath was perfect for our needs. Great to walk to restaurants.

I've stayed in this unit several times before. It's convenient to everything about the beach. There is close shopping and restaurants along with private parking. Ron is great to work with.

Loved listening to the ocean all night. My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. The location is perfect and close to everything we wanted. Had parking, was safe, and clean. We will be back here in the future.

Family had a wonderful time in Paciic Beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. We listened to the waves every night. There's excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. Definitely prefer Pacific Beach area over Mission Beach! The kids boogie boarded every day.

The condo was on the top floor of the complex See the Sea and had perfect ocean view! Great stay will come back again!

Spouse and I stayed here and were very happy with the location. Sidewalk is all that separates the condo from the sand. View is worth the price. Watch surfers in the ocean, people on the beach or walkway. Hot tub is great. There is a regular coffee maker and there were filters available. Plenty of garbage bags available. One roll of paper towels, dish soap, small bar of soap and hand soaps in bathrooms. Extra roll of tp, too. Convenient to CVS and Ralph's for groceries, about a couple blocks. So many food options nearby also. Had great salads at Pueblo. Coin laundry available (bring quarters). $1.50 to wash, $1 to dry. Call Ron when you get close to get check-in directions.

The place is ver comfortable and the location can’t be beat. Clean, comfortable. We will be back.

Our second stay here. Great space, and the views are spectacular.

This property has a great location overlooking the ocean and the pier. Grocery stores and restaurants are walking distance. The building is very secure with codes and a locked parking area. There was plenty of room for 4 of us! My only little hiccup was that the property management company is not open on the weekends and there was an emergency number to call but there was no one to reach for little incidentals, like an extra pillow or sheets. Overall loved the place and would love to return there soon!!!!

Wonderful views and location. Right in the heart of Pacific Beach. Many restaurants near by and several coffee shops. Town is a short walk with more restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean and well equipped with everything you might need. Couldn’t get the master bedroom TV to work? And the TV in the second bedroom was a miniature. Seating on the balcony was very uncomfortable for enjoying the spectacular view, but the table chairs from inside were a great substitute. Condo is dated and could use some updates. Overall we did enjoy our stay. No exercise room or A/C.

Location is on boardwalk with incredible views. I had a relaxing week. On the 4th Floor I was able to leave balcony doors open and fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

This place was awesome… right in the beach and close to everything you need for the perfect beach vacation!!

This condo was a very nice rental for myself, wife, and grandson It was clean and comfortable! It had everything we needed. The views were great from above! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Ron!

I’ve stayed at Sea the Sea Condos multiple times so familiar with the location. No air conditioning, which is fine this time of year. This unit had two large fans to make the temperature a bit more comfortable. The unit is definitely dated, but we didn’t care - living room furniture was very comfortable. View was amazing!! Secure parking garage for our vehicle as well as a security code for accessing the building. Bed in Main bedroom was comfortable per my friend, my bed in the other room was hard and a bit lumpy (I like a softer bed). Homeless are out front of the unit - sad to see, but, never bothered us and we shared leftovers- they were approachable. Thanks for the stay, Ron

This is the perfect spot if you're looking to spend a lot of time at the beach and want to look at the beach when you're not on it! Beautiful views from the living room area and master bedroom. The second bedroom does not have a view but was great for our kids. Whole unit was incredibly clean and the building custodial staff work hard to keep the building clean as well, despite all the sand-covered guests moving through the common areas. Communication with the owner was easy and immediate, and we really appreciated the early check-in after a long day of travel. Would stay in this owner's units again!

We stayed 4 nights, my parents, spouse and myself. This top-floor unit is clean and spacious for 4 people. It's an older building, which we liked as the walls were soundproof, and the rooms were a generous size. This is a bright, light, very comfortable condo, not trying to be a glamorous unit with too-precious furniture or random decorations. It has a full kitchen and a laundry room down the hall. Safe secure parking. The WiFi worked great, and the beds were comfortable. There was good coffee in the cupboard, lots of home towels (not designed for the beach), and closet space, with extra beach amenities including a couple of types of beach chairs. Pacific Beach is a party town, but at 4 stories above, we felt safe and secure. And the views from the two balconies are incomparable. Ron was responsive and we got to meet his daughter as well. It's a value for the best location (coffee stand across the street, too) in PB. I could honestly live there.

A terrific place to stay to enjoy all that Pacific Beach has to offer! Can't beat the 5th floor balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the beach. The place is comfortable and includes everything you need for your stay.

The place was great and the views are incredible!

Our condo was the perfect size and location to enjoy all the sights and sounds of Pacific Beach. From watching the people on the strand to the activities on the water from our own balcony, we were delighted. The condo has all you need with the exception of bar soap and sugar to put on your shopping list. Ralph’s and CVS are just down the street. The beds and pillows are very comfortable as is the furniture. We will go back again.

Our family had a fantastic time staying at Ron’s place. Getting instruction from him at check in time went fine. Everything was as stated and pictured. Perfectly clean and as mentioned by others, could use updating. But I felt like that price point for the location accounts for that. Since we had a full family, we used the air mattresses. The kids had no complaints about comfort and we appreciated those being provided. The view and location are absolutely unbeatable. We had a fantastic time and would be happy to stay there again!
