Staff very nice

Everything broken, bed broken, swimming pool broken, must deposit 500 baht at the beginning

Room size was great and had toiletries and water and a large fridge

Water pressure in shower was very low It's an old building

The location was solid to get food and to go around the area.

The room was small and no space to put our luggage. Some of the guest end up putting the luggage in the walkway below near the reception.

Price is great and comes with a pool.

Pool with many broken tiles and not feel clean. Basic room with hard mattress and Basic shower/ toilet.. nearby 7-11. Not very close to transport but quiet location.

Pools not maintained, mattress springs are poky. Air Con ineffective

Big beds, spacious rooms, pool, and accommodating staffs. There's a 7/11 in front, and other food sources near the resort.

I booked 2 rooms, the other one (room 33) has defective showers and bathroom has no shower curtain. Train station is quite far, approximately 15 mins walk.

Good customer Service

Its walkable distance from a main road with buses and the MRT. There is a 7/11 opposite.

Not much space in the room. The springs in the mattresses are not so comfortable.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and safe. I like the pool. And there are restaurants/ food shops nearby. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the main road.

The bed condition is seriously bad. It is sink down with broken spring. The shower room is so dirty.

Things that I liked: Staff: always smiling, very helpful and attentive Location: Perfect. Accessible via MRT Hwai Kwang. Easy to pin if you prefer grab. Room: spacious and clean. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the pool Price: affordable (good value for money). I booked 10 days though 3 days were spent in Vietnam. Security: Door lock worked perfectly. There are CCTVs which are an added security. Amenities: Very reliable wifi connection, tv (only 2 English channels. Most are aired in Thai language), aircon, fridge, water heater, pool, body bath soap and shampoo. Toilet and Bathroom: vey spacious. Shower with heater. Cleanliness: Very clean. You can ask the staff to clean your room (w/o additional cost) Neighborhood: residential condo units, on the left side of the property, just across the street is 711 and there's an atm machine
