6 Black Duck est une superbe maison de six chambres, cinq et demi avec salle de bains située en bord de mer à Sea Pines. Avec 6 465 pieds carrés - cette maison peut facilement accueillir jusqu'à dix-huit personnes. Il est idéalement situé juste à côté d'un chemin de plage, ce qui en fait une promenade très facile vers la plage!
La piscine et le spa sont situés au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a un solarium des deux côtés de la piscine - idéal pour se prélasser et attraper quelques rayons. La piscine et le spa peuvent être chauffés moyennant des frais supplémentaires pour les séjours compris entre la fête du travail et le jour du souvenir. We enjoyed the property very much. There are no homes between 6 Black Duck and the Ocean. That said it is 100 yards from the beach and most of the space is owned by a land trust. The proprrty a offers a lot pf lot of privacy. The home is spacious and has an outstanding kitchen. As with any home this size the is always something that needs maintening and Coastal Homes is very resoponsive to items such as replacing a light bulb or fixing a stoped up sink or repairing an icemaker. This was our 4th stay in this house and we have rented again for 2025.

The property was the perfect destination for our family beach vacation. We hosted our three grown children and their families of 14 ages 4 to 77. The house is spacious enough for everyone to have their own place to gather, sleep and play. The gourmet kitchen is wonderfully stocked and appointed, a dream to gather and cook in. The outdoor spaces are comfortable, beautifully landscaped, and only a short walk to the beach. Thanks to property management everything about our stay was easy. When asked, my family had only one suggestion…”next time, let’s stay longer!”

House location was great. Right on the Beach. But we found Black mold on the air registers in several rooms. The air intake vents were covered with an 1/2 inch of dust. Can't imagine what the air filters look like. I can't tell you how many tiles on the floor were cracked or broken. Some were covered by rugs. Carpets were filthy I don't know when they were cleaned. Very disappointed by this house. The walls were cracked in some places bad. But the mold is a problem. The management company was so nice to work with before we arrived. They were great helping me with information about restaurants and catering companies etc.

We booked this house to enjoy with our 5 adult children and 2 significant others. Because of college and work lives it had been many years since we were all together. It was just perfect. Plenty of room and we made use of the whole house. We had a nice dinner celebration in the dining room and enjoyed the pool and beach every day. It was perfect. The management company was so responsive. We were sad to leave and will definitely book again.

The house was perfect and spread out enough that the 14 of us were never in each other's way. It is beautifully decorated both inside and out. The outdoor space was fabulous. We had a couple minor issues that the management company responded to immediately. My one complaint was that upon checkout I was required to wash, dry, fold and put away the beach towels. I paid a hefty service fee which I think includes a check out clean. I felt that laundering the beach towels should be part of that fee. Because check out is at 10am and I needed to do that laundry my grandchildren weren't able to swim the morning of our departure.

We had our family of 11 stay here for a week and it was fantastic. The host team were incredibly helpful in our planning helping answer questions, give recommendations on the area and taking care of our needs even before we arrived. The house was clean, the kitchen was well appointed and we can't say enough about the location. Easy bike ride to Salty Dog, beach walks on the daily and amazing pool/backyard. Everybody from 13-80 had something to do everyday - it was fantastic!

Perfect property and location! Pool, Hot Tub and Beach what more could you ask for! The house is very spacious and can accommodate multiple families. The bedroom set up is perfect with different “wings” of the house. Great bunk bed room for little kids. Nice set up with a spacious kitchen with attached living room to socialize while dinner is prepared. Beautiful private office for those trying to get a little work done on the trip. The pool deck has multiple sitting locations and a built in grill, fridge, bar and ice maker - perfect for hanging by the pool all day! Walking distance to the Salty Dog which has a variety of offerings for breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream. Short drive to multiple golf courses.

Backyard oasis with pool, spa and multiple grills, right on the beach and 2 min bike ride to South Beach Marina (bar, ice cream, restaurants)...what more could you ask for?!How about deer browsing in the backyard and dolphins right off the beach! 6 Black Duck is a fantastic home for a large family vacation with lots of bedrooms and baths. A private office for those that needed to work. Location is very quiet even during peak summertime. Wide beach and great for fishing in the early mornings. This was the second time to rent this amazing home!

This is a great house, great grounds, on Hilton Head Island. We have rented the house for three years in the past and plan to rent it again in 2023. The home has a private bath for all bedrooms except one room recently converted to an additional bedroom. The kitchen is well done and furnished. The property was in excellent repair and property manager handled a few maintenance items in a timely manner. The scenery and yard or grounds are just outstanding. For the past two years we have been visited each morning and evening by a herd of deer including a fawn grazing each year. Its hard to imagine deer in the back yard of an oceanside property. The outside pool area even has a crushed ice machine. Our family would highly recommend this house.

I stayed here for a New Years trip with my extended family. This house is incredible. Each bedroom has large, luxury bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and there is plenty of seating for dining. The location is great. We easily biked to South Beach and Harbour Town. The house has a huge outdoor gas grill and a pool and hot tub that can be heated in the off season. The pool was heated as well or better than any I have ever seen. The kids in our group loved it. I cannot say enough about the service provided by Coastal Home and Villa. They were attentive and responsive, and they made the stay great.

My family of 12 decided to change our "shelter-in-place" location. Great decision. House was very spacious for our size of group. Very nice pool/hot tub(bigger than pictures depict). Deer in backyard nightly. Right on the beach tucked back for nice seclusion-only 2 minute walk to water. Originally booked for a week, but extended for an additional 5 days. Sea Pines is beautiful gated community with a ton of bike trails. Rachel at Coastal Homes was extremely responsive whenever need arose which wasn't very often. Highly recommend.

6 Black Duck beach home exceeded our expectations. The home was packed with everything a family would need to have a worry free vacation. The rooms were spacious and compact with all of the essentials, spectacular views from almost every direction, and the kitchen fully stocked for a family of 10. This home will forever be our top destination.

The house and the location is beautiful! There was a slight musty smell when we first arrived but we understand that that is fairly common with properties on the water and didn’t bother us much. They were working on the property right next to us which was quite annoying.. thought maybe once the weekend rolled around they’d have stopped but nope haha! I understand it’s out of there control and we turned some tunes on to drown out the noise. Nice additions to the property would be a make up mirror in the master bedroom bathroom along with a blow dryer for each bathroom, more paper towels (we only had one roll for the 4 of us for almost a week and no napkins or anything) and extra throw blankets and pillows as we didn’t want to mess up the beds that weren’t being slept in. We enjoyed the sunsets every night and the kids loved the pool. We paid to have the pool heated but the hot tub wasn’t hot at all and the pool was fairly cold.. not that big of a deal being the days we were there were nice and warm… but had it been a chilly week my kids would have been a little disappointed.
The deer running through the shrubs every night was fantastic as well!! We will definitely be back to HHI and you won’t be disappointed with this property there is plenty of space and privacy. The walks on the beach were fun you never knew what you were going to find.
