Cette maison de plage en bord de mer est pour de fabuleuses vacances en famille (ou multifamiliales). Une nouvelle extension a été achevée en février 2015 qui ajoute une suite parentale, un bureau / bureau, une salle à manger formelle, une salle d'eau, un ascenseur et un garage pour 2 voitures. Cette maison de 6 chambres (12 couchages), 6. 5 salles de bain (5 en suite) a un accès privé à une plage sensationnelle et peu fréquentée et une grande piscine privée. Un câble haut débit sans fil de 10 Mo pour l'accès à Internet est disponible, ainsi que plusieurs téléviseurs HD à écran plat. Situé à Sea Pines Plantation, domicile du PGA Heritage Golf Classic (liens de golf de Harbour Town) et ancien site du Family Circle Tennis Classic (l'un des 4 meilleurs tournois de tennis américains), cette zone a des kilomètres de sentiers pour le vélo, la marche, le patin à roues alignées . Il y a aussi une grande navigation si vous cherchez un changement de rythme. Commutation with owner was helpful. We were hopeful that debris from tropical storm early in the week would have been taken care of but it was not a significant issue.

My family had a great vacation. Very relaxing and the pool was used every day. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The owner was very attentive. We had a few small issues and someone came right away. Recommend

We had a wonderful time staying here. There were only 4 of us so we had plenty of room. The location is perfect! We have been coming to HHI for many years and we liked this location the best. We visited in Oct this year and had the beach almost to ourselves. It was beautiful weather which helped. The kitchen in this house is very well stocked and Ted is great at getting back to any questions we had ASAP. We will be back!

The house, pool area and yard exceeded our expectations- even better than the photos! We had teens through grandparents and all loved our stay. Fully equipped kitchen with literally everything you need. Quiet part of the beach but only a short bike ride to the Salty Dog for a meal out, music and great ice cream. We love HHI and this was one of our best rentals yet. Ted was hands-down the best homeowner we have rented from - really helpful, great tips on things to do, and very responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We have stayed at many properties over the years with our family and this house and location was my favorite. The house was beautiful and spacious. The back yard with the pool and ocean view made our trip so nice. We loved the location and biked to breakfast, dinner, the park or for ice cream each day. The host was very good and always responded quickly. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Our family had the perfect family vacation staying in this home! The home is right on the beach with a lovely large pool. Our grandchildren ages 4 - 14 were entertained the entire time. Ted, the homeowner was very pleasant and helpful to work with!

My family had an absolutely fabulous time at 22 Black Skimmer. The house is wonderful with a terrific floor plan, fantastic porches, and an unreal backyard with pool. The beach is easily accessible via the owner's pathway. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

Girls Vacation
wonderful home with excellent beach location. Pool was very nice and heated to a temperature my friends really liked. We had a few issues with the heat and TV's but they were addressed promptly by the owner and the maintenance person was very nice and professional. could use some upkeep related to the window/door screens , but we all had a terrific time and would choose to stay at this location again.

The inside is roomy and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to cover the needs of 9 adults with two small children under 2 years of age. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The oceanfront house is close to the beach, the pool in October had a fabulous heater, and the deck is 100% covered. Great Location
This house is perfectly located on the beach in Sea Pines and has lots of space to spread out with a large group. It is an interesting mix of old beach house and newer modern updates. The kitchen is fantastic with everything you need and more to cook like you are at home. The owner is super responsive and helpful and the management company was easy to deal with also. Great family place and nice garage to keep cars out of the sun and sand.

This was the perfect week at the beach. House was wonderful! It has privacy in the outdoors while still being ocean front. Great shade by the pool - and perfect 2nd story porch to watch the ocean. Kitchen has everything you need.

We had a wonderful experience at 22 Black Spinner. The house was clean and well-stocked. We had everything we needed for our family of 12. There was ample space and parking. The children loved the pool and the beach was easily accessible. We made some great memories and look forward to returning.

Wonderful location for a family vacation!
This property was the ideal location for a family vacation! We had 4 kids (ages 3-8) who were easily entertained all week with quick access to the beach & bike paths. The heated pool was a great source of fun & the oceanfront views were gorgeous! The house itself is great - lovely kitchen - and Ted was very easy to work with! Definitely recommend!

Best Location and Beach
Beautiful house with amazing back porch and Ocean view. The house is right on the Beach. You don’t have to walk out a long walkway/pier to get to the Beach....it is literally at the property edge.
House is ideally located a short walk or bike ride to South Beach/Salty Dog , golf, Beach Club and Harbortown.
