This home is right on the beach. Lots of room and beds for a large family.

Wonderful fall break with family. Spacious townhouse in low density complex with direct beach access. Beach almost to yourself. Garage came in handy for storage of car roof carrier. Easy access to Ft. Pickens to watch Blue Angels practice. Would highly recommend.

This location can’t be beat. The proximity to the beach is so close that it’s right outside the back door! The rooms and bathrooms were a great size and plenty of towels for everyone. The decor was tasteful. The views were great from the beautiful gulf to the other balconies which faced Fort Pickens Road and the sound. The check in and check out process was easy. We were able to fit a smaller suv and 2 cars in the garage, plus there are two additional designated parking spots right by the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was very spacious and clean . Nice that it as four full bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Garage to park two cars. Location is lovely. Overall a very nice stay

The property was clean and at an excellent location with respect to the beach We appreciate Audrey’s communication with all our questions The only concern we had was more with the proximity of the rental with the neighborly rental where it was very audible especially at night . Some guidelines to guests on noise after certain hours would help.

The property was everything listed and more. Located on a beach that was very lightly trafficked. Multiple beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas included. A small convenience store located a half mile away with full shopping and multiple style restaurants a very short drive. The beach felt secluded and private with soft sand/warm water. We arrived very late at night and as soon as we woke up the next day it immediately felt relaxing. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was gorgeous, and had everything you could think of. The rooms were great and the back patio and view were even better!

The property was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. I was disappointed that the door to the balcony off the master bedroom would not open because handle was missing and the maintenance guy came out and never returned. That was a bummer so I couldn’t enjoy alone time on my balcony

We enjoyed staying at the property. A few things can definitely be fixed up at the place like the scratches on the floor. The second bedroom upstairs has beds that are on wheels and keeps moving. Overall a great stay

The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for 2 families with children. The huge garage fit a truck and minivan, and the elevator was very helpful. Perfect location right in front of the walkway to the beach. This home is amazing, and I highly recommend!

We had a great time. Beautiful property with easy beach access. Plenty of space and beach toys for the kids. Beach wasn’t overcrowded and everyone was social distanced about 15-20ft apart. We will definitely be back to this location.

There was 9 of us. We loved the easy beach access. The townhouse was good. Only complaints is there is NO broom (vacuum just blows it around) So we couldn’t sweep the sand up that got tracked in. It needs to be updated looked better in the pictures posted. Couch was pitiful. The bunk bed room has no ceiling fan so it gets hot in there and hard to sleep comfortably. We were there for the beach so it was doable. Overall, we would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful location and townhome. We did miss a few items such as a can opener and broom but with so many other items at our disposable it didn't matter.

Right on the beach. Great views. Very nice, comfortable, clean, and spacious rental. Good for large groups with a nice area to visit in the kitchen/living space with big table for meals and also large outdoor patio with large table. Plenty of chairs and amenities. We loved that you are directly on quiet beach and it was easy for my father-in-law, who has limited mobility, to go to and from the house. There are stairs but they have solid handrails. This unit has a functional elevator which we mainly used to load/unload our stuff from home. The main floor is one flight up. Has kitchen/comfortable living room furniture and large dining table. There is also a mini-fridge in the living room which was great for extra beverages. The washer and dryer is in the main bathroom downstairs which is the bathroom for the queen sized room as well. It was a little inconvenient but nothing major. This downstairs shower was a walk in and had a bench. Upstairs, master has an amazing view, king size bed. My only complaint all week is that the master bed’s mattress cover is worn so wud get bunched up during the night and there was not a fitted sheet on the bed which drove us crazy. But such a minor inconvenience for such a great home. The master has huge bath. The other 2 bdrms are 1 with queen and full. And 1 with full over full bunk beds. Those 2 bedrooms share the other bath upstairs. We loved the tile and wood flooring throughout. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. My only suggestion is for there to be A line of color change for the step down to the deck. The step is the same color as the concrete so we’ll would miss that step. We just put a colorful towel down and left it all week to remind us there was a step. Overall, we loved it and will be back. We did cook out on the gas grill almost every night.

Been to Pensacola beach several years in a row now but never stayed this close to the beach or on this side of the island. Proximity to beach has ruined me from staying further out. Have two kids under the age of five and was super easy to carry all of our stuff to the beach. Townhouse was clean and very nice. Kids loved the bunk beds. Had more paper goods (I.e. TP & Paper towels) than we were used to (which was nice) and we didn’t even have to break into our stuff. House was very accessible...elevator and wheelchair friendly on the main floor. Property manager was great...super friendly people. I would definitely stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: My family has been staying in White Sands condos for 20 years. We love them! And we love renting through PBP. However, unit 6 was in need of a major cleaning and some updating. It had a general appearance of being clean but the floor were disgusting, walking on them for a few minutes left the bottom of your feet BLACK. The outdoor furniture was uncomfortable. The pullout sofa was extremely difficult to pull out and in and there was something wrong with it, the top had no support and it slanted. We were unable to use it. Also the stair railings need to be painted it looks dirty and worn. We stayed in this unit about 10 years ago and it was new and immaculate. It looks as if no one has cared for or updated the place since then.
