Cuisine ouverte, entièrement équipée pour cuisiner et recevoir. Chaque chambre a un lit king et une télévision. Salon et 3ème chambre ont un lecteur de DVD. 2 canapés-lits dans le salon. Laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo.

Nice place that accommodates 4 couples comfortably as there are 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Only issue we had was with their digital locks that locked us out on the unusually coldest night of our trip. The 24 emergency number is answered but doesn’t get quick response as we we stood outside for almost an hour before they could get us inside. The next day repairs were made and we had no other issues.

Lots of room for everyone…we loved that each bedroom had a bathroom and great location to be in the middle of all the action! Walked to shopping and restaraunts…

Short stay for my sister’s graduation. We enjoyed the short walks to the pier and Flounders the most. (Even though some drivers did not want to stop for us at the crosswalk). We were able to use the casino beach parking lot. We enjoyed the space in the living room and kitchen.
The unit was clean except the floors were very sandy. The door blinds in the master bedroom is still broken. Our family would have preferred things like laundry detergent and beach towels in the unit (especially because we flew to get here with limited carryon space). We also couldn’t find linen or blankets/throws for the sofa beds, so we couldn’t use them for sleeping.
I received and am still receiving soliciting texts and emails from pensacola beach properties to buy property (please unsubscribe me).
Overall, our family had a good time in LaCaribe T1 and Pensacola beach.

We had a wonderful time with plenty of room for my husband, 88 year old Mom, adult daughter, son in-law and 2 grandchildren. We are still talking about how great this property was for our family.

Super roomy, lot of bedrooms with private bathrooms. One thing I would change would be the windows in the master bathrooms, a bit too open but otherwise beautiful! Close to Pensacola beach and night life!

Great view, easy acres to beach, spacious house for all groups.
Overall we had a good time and met our needs, parking was difficult due to construction items parked in parking spots. The house was perfect for our group and big and spacious. We enjoyed the accommodation’s, highly recommend this rental for families or groups. Easy walk to beach and nearby restaurants

The place was huge, exactly like the pics, and the perfect place for friends to chill together for a weekend. Very large kitchen was perfect for making meals with friends. Didn’t realize it had 3 balconies until we got there and we used them ALL. Master bedroom/bathroom is amazing! There were some hiccups the first day but management quickly resolved them. We may be making this spot our annual beach trip house. It was that great!

The layout and views were great! The elevator was not working when we arrived by the staff was very helpful. The front door code did not work throughout the stay. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay!

Perfect location.
Property was absolutely perfect. Location was walking distance from Beach/Gulf and Restaurants. Nicely decorated very clean no problems with A/C. We had a few problems one being the ice machine and dryer both issues were promptly taken care of and fixed. Definitely will be renting again.
