Cleanliness of rooms

A little far out on the Palm and sometimes Dubai Taxis were hard to find. The hotel operated a car booking system, but we found this to be a little more expensive than a metered taxi. Some of the staff were selling experiences such as photo shoots and beauty treatments and which felt a little overwhelming.

Frühstück war gut.

Schon vor 7 Uhr werden die Liegen am Pool reserviert. Selbst wenn um 9 Uhr noch niemand zu sehen ist, hat das Personal keine Lust, die Sachen von den Liegen abzuräumen. Stattdessen wird man in den letzten Ecken gelegt.

I enjoyed my stay at this luxurious hotel on the famous Palm in Dubai. The hotel is right on the beach with a private pool. The staff are very welcoming and helpful with serving. The hotel offers water-sports activities such as water skiing or jet surfing. I went snorkeling on the beach and saw a variety of species such as mangrove red snappers and emperor black spot fish. The food was absolutely delicious and I chose the breakfast and dinner. The hotel also offers to change your dinner reservation to a lunch buffet reservation if you have made plans to go out at night. There is a free shuttle bus to the Mall of Emirates from the hotel that leaves at selected times. Once you reach the Mall of Emirates you can use the Dubai metro all around Dubai. The hotel is close to the Atlantis so you can go to the waterpark for the day if you wish. The rooms are very capacious with breathtaking views of the ocean and the city. I could see the world’s tallest building the Burj Khalifa from my bedroom and the Burj Al Arab hotel that looks like a sail. Above all I had a very comfortable vacation at this hotel with great food, fun activities and wonderful five star services.

Nothing I only wish I could have stayed longer

The rooms were nice and comfortable all amenities were as it was mentioned and staff was very friendly.

Location - too far from everything

Das Frühstück war super gut. Die Lage auf der Palm angenehm ruhig um sich zu erholen. Auch das Live Cooking von Abdul hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Das ganze Team von Chefkoch Mangal hat uns täglich verwöhnt.

Die Ausstattung ist teilweise in den Zimmern etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Very kind staff and impeccable service. The breakfast was very assorted.

I think it's not right to have the room ready at 01:00 pm. Everyday. It is not possible to stay on the beah until that time.

The staff is so polite and courteous, from check in, dinner, breakfast and lunch until check out.. My family enjoyed out stay.. The food is exceptional.. We will surely coming back..

Shower not working

breakfast have a suggetion..live kitchen there. they cooking only omlette. but they are not preparing any south indian dishes..in my past experience with other 5 star hotels they are preparing what we want. That is the meaning of buffet breakfast.I think they are expecting only European Guests to this resturant. The other thing i noticed senior supervisor african national lady staff is very arrogant & showing partiality to customers. I will not consider this resturant in my future stay

In my room A/c was not good at night.feel hot and temperature not going down below 23degree. I discussed this matter with the reception in the morning they informed due to humidity. That is not a good answer for me.
