Great house for a group of guys to comfortably stay for a long weekend.

We had a great time spending Thanksgiving at this property with family and friends. It really worked out well having 5 bedrooms. House was very well suited for the get together. Location was perfect and close to Pinehurst where we could shop and eat out. Would definitely stay there again. Host was very responsive. It was a really great trip.

Great location with easy to manage process and owner. Great house that is very clean. It a time capsule of the 70s that work just fine, but it does need renovation desperately. Literally it seems nothing has changed since it was built except for maybe the dishwasher. Again, very well maintained but not a modern lodging.

Perfect house in every way. Great for 8 guys on golf trip. Clean, spacious, plenty of good beds, excellent entertainment, great view of golf course, etc. Highest recommendation to others.

Group of friends came to play The resort courses with a member. The house has lots of room and is very comfortable. Right across from the Track restaurant. A great place for breakfast. Also a great Italian restaurant about a mile down the road by the food lion. We had a couple of issues and they were on it immediately to solve it. Great place to stay.

This is the third year we had out fantasy football draft at this house. Its very accommodating, and so is the host, Scott.

Great house in great location

4 couples chose this home over the Carolina Hotel so we could spend more time together and cook dinner. It was lovely and the host was very accommodating. I would highly recommend it and would stay again if I have the opportunity!

Our group of 8 had a fantastic time at this house. The setup was perfect for our large group. We congregated in the large kitchen space for breakfast and regrouped in the even larger living room at night. Communication with owner was perfect. Entry and exit was simple and smooth. Highly recommended!

Fabulous stay in Pinehurst with the VRBO property. Right on PH#5, hole #14. Host/Owner was very helpful and answered the few questions I had quickly. Very friendly. The house was a spectacular place to enjoy a buddies trip or family get away. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

My family (ages 7 to 76 years old) spent 3 nights in this lovely Pinehurst home for a post-Christmas celebration. It was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 large living spaces and activities for kids and adults. We loved that we could bring our dog along, too!

Bed/ bathroom configuration is good for a large group, great location, two grills nice touch, definitely recommend for big group!

Second year some friends and myself have stayed at this property for a golf weekend! Great stay for us.

This property is very ill represented. It needs to be updated and brought back up to code before can be rented out again. The exterior of the property matches the description very well. It is located in great part of Pinehurst , however, The interior of the house is dirty, unkept and unsafe due to mold infestation everywhere. We rented this house as we needed a lot of room for the large group that is traveling for a kids golf tournament. However, nowhere in the description did it mention that majority of the bedrooms are located in the basement. The beds have terrible mattresses and pillows, the A/c unit hasnt had a filter change in years. There are critters all over the house, and an extremely musty smell. We had to get a mold specialist to come out, who started having respiratory symptoms after being in the house for just a few minutes. This house is maybe appropriate for a men’s golf getaway, however it is completely unsafe for families with children or anyone with health issues. The host was very responsive though and allowed us yo move out with full refund as well as promised to take care of all the issues.

Stayed 5 days with a high school golf team competing in the National championship at Pinehurst. The house was perfect for the team, especially the game room. Also, 94 degrees outside and 72 inside with the ac which was perfect after long days on the course. Recommend this house highly.
