Entièrement rénové en mai 2018! Détendez-vous et profitez de la nature dans notre maison avec une sensation côtière légère et aérée dans chaque pièce. Évadez-vous des images et des bruits de la circulation et du chaos de la ville dans notre emplacement privé et isolé. Jetez un coup d'œil à l'eau à travers les arbres de notre terrasse privée au deuxième étage. Écoutez les oiseaux chanteurs, les canards, les crapauds et les grenouilles qui s'épanouissent dans les terrains non aménagés qui entourent notre propriété.

Bien qu’il soit entièrement approvisionné en vaisselle en grès et en lave-vaisselle, nous réalisons que c’est parfois même trop difficile à gérer pendant les vacances. Nous avons donc entièrement rempli la cuisine d'assiettes, de tasses, de serviettes et d'ustensiles jetables, ainsi que d'un grand gril à gaz extérieur avec brûleur latéral.
Pour les membres de votre groupe qui souhaitent visiter l'île en toute tranquillité, quatre vélos pour adultes, un vélo pour jeunes et un vélo pour entraîneurs sont à votre disposition.
Des chaises de plage, des skimboards, des bodyboards, des seaux de plage et des pelles sont conservés dans le hangar de jardin pendant les journées de plage à la portée de tous.

This home is great for a family gathering. You have both the indoor and outdoor space which gives plenty of room. The location is close to town and yet very secluded.

My childhood friends and I, along with our kids, had a lovely stay in this Chincoteague beach house. We loved the outdoor shower, screened in porch, and the secluded feel of the home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet too. We were comfortable overall, though felt a bit organization and upgrading of the games, beach supplies, linens, and kitchenware could go a long way! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful time. The house is very well taken care of, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of outdoor space for kids to run around, too. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and in good order. The house was spacious and not particularly visible to the neighbors. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had nice appliances and a good supply of basics for cooking. Our only complaint was some of the bedside/reading lights were really cold and bright. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Enjoyed our stay. Good location. Beds very comfortable, plenty of towels. Had to clean porch of cobwebs, sweep porch floor, had food crumbs, etc. on porch floor, bench and chair cushions. Good amount of sand on inside door floor mats and floor. Otherwise very clean.

We enjoyed the house, but thought it a bit expensive for the size. That said, everything there was high-quality and well-maintained.
On the day of checkout, we were running late. At ten minutes past checkout time there was a very loud, aggressive knock on the door. The woman at the door was livid that we were checking out late, very angry. I explained we'd run into trouble (my husband was sick) and I was sorry, and that she could charge me the extra fee for leaving late.
All I got back was more anger and "rules are rules". We rushed to get out, forgot some things, and even my kids were upset by the interaction.
I get that they have a lot of houses to clean but that is not how you treat someone who just shelled out THOUSANDS of dollars to stay there. We will not be renting from you again. This is our sixth year at Chincoteague and I've never experienced anything like that.
Work on your customer service skills, even when you're angry. We all get frustrated sometimes, but things happen that are outside of people's control.

This property was perfect for our family getaway. It was such a relief that we didn’t have to worry about packing in the car the million things needed for a toddler and infant. The included high chair, pack and play, beach towels, and beach toys made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Even though it was one of the busiest weeks on the island the house was peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely book again.

Quiet & private!
So nice to have a quiet place to relax after a day at the beach! Appreciated the beach chairs & sand toys that were provided also the bikes! Made packing for our vacation so much easier. Also a very well stocked kitchen!

Beautiful Escape
We were very fortunate to find this beautiful escape for our family vacation! It was well taken care of, it had everything you needed or if you forgot something it was there, and Michelle was a true pleasure to communicate with before and even during the stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and for such a lovely property manager.

Quiet Retreat with Everything Necessary
This property was spectacular! The bikes and beach toys were wonderful to have available, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the games/books/television were nice for recovering from our beach adventures. I noticed plenty of supplies for babies as well (I was secretly jealous that I hadn’t stayed in a property with such accommodations when my children were younger!) Michelle was quick to respond to my questions and help with key access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Restful enjoyable home
We very much enjoyed our stay in Chincoteague. The home was immaculate, comfortable, well-located, and very well equipped.
During our stay we hiked on the Woodland Trail within National Wildlife Refuge and spotted two herds of wild ponies. After that, we walked along Assateague Beach which was a highlight! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

House is perfectly situated within walking distance of the nature preserve and to the high school which offers spectacular sunset views. The house is loaded with games for all ages, has a lovely screened porch and a second floor sun deck. We loved having the trundle beds upstairs for flexibility in sleeping arrangements. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Perfect Getaway
We took advantage of the first warm weather of the season and were luck to find this house for a mid-week stay at the last minute as it's usually pretty booked. Everything was as advertised-- it's all good. Loved the fireplace, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was very quiet. We'd certainly rent again.

Pleasant bungalow surrounded by marsh grass
This is a very comfortable house. We had a great visit, and enjoyed the fireplace (instead of the screened porch, since it was cold!). We were concerned to see all the bikes outside on the drive-way when we arrived; hope they don't disappear. Thank you for a good weekend away!

The Absolute Best
Couldn’t have picked a better place for our family to stay on our duck hunting weekend! This place offers everything you need for adults and kids! When we weren’t duck hunting, the kids rode the bikes, we played games, and enjoyed the fireplace! The beds are super comfy! The house sits in its own little spot with a beautiful yard! My best friends came up and they do a lot of star photos and said this has been the best place they could see the stars ever! We all can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a perfect stay!

Perfect quiet retreat
We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this one was the first one that actually felt like a 'home'. The property is immaculately kept, tucked well away from noise and filled with everything you could possibly need for cooking, entertainment and relaxation (especially that porch swing!) Thank you!

Perfect Getaway
This was a girl's weekend getaway and the house was just perfect for us to relax and enjoy our time away. Everything was as expected and we had a wonderful time. I can see that the house would be perfect for a family as well because there are many places to hang out and a nice yard for the kids to play. We were close to restaurants and shops and took in the morning sunrise at Assateaque Beach even though it was a bit foggy and we didn't quite see the sun. We will definitely consider visiting and staying at Michelle's place again.

Very relaxing vacation
Everything was very nice and we had 5 children with us and stillhad plenty of room for everyone to have there own area. It was very relaxing and they really dud think of everything! Thanks so much!!
