Hotel is 5 min walking to the Norman palace and offers excellent parking space within an art gallery open space. Excellent value for Money

Breakfast is typical and doesn't have the same character with the building. I believe could raise the price a bit offering better breakfast

Nice facility with antique furniture and authentic flair.

The AC was not working properly. Also i booked the facility because it suggested the parking lot which is crucial im the downtown, but the parking lot was only open until 19. So it’s hard for traveler to reach this time point by traveling from far away.

Imposible to take a normal shower: no presser - water was leaking, the water was warm after 5-7 min. and lasted for 2-3 min. The room was extremely noisy even with ear plugs, it's located near busy street. There where no plates when we wanted to eat "breakfast", even after contacting the owner. Croissants in plastic bags - I wouldn't call it "breakfast". I'd appreciate if they could just buy a fresh croissants in the bakery. Parking available only till 19.00, after that time there is no access to your car.

Hot water is not available for 24 hours. Every time I contact with the host, it comes the hot water to shower. But it is really near to the center.

The location was excellent.

Cheap breakfast. Room was loud. Maid did not clean. Refused to switch my room even though they had availability. It was an awful experience and they are just money hungry and totally arrogant.

it’s not a hotel: it’s a mansion, with several rooms, the owners are not real hotel owners, they own antiques shop in an antique area of Palermo. location is brilliant, less than 5 minutes away from the old town, great restaurants in the area. the hotel is very nice, quite, clean and staff is friendly. breakfast are minimum really, but better than nothing, especially it’s not that easy to either pay by card or find a working atm in Palermo to just go and get a breakfast, so it’s a good start.

I didn’t like the parking - during the week it’s operating until 7pm and until 12pm on Sundays, and that’s a bit problematic if you decide to rent a car - you can park on nearby streets, just the issue is to find a space…. also booking com pictures of the property look far better than the state of the mansion really is ;)

The decor, artwork etc. were quite tasteful.

The breakfast was not a breakfast. It was a few long lasting cakes in plastic wrappers and a couple of cartons of juice, so the claim that breakfast is provided is totally misleading. The bed was uncomfortable. The road outside was really loud and the shower didn‘t work very well… it was very weak.

Stinky smell from the whirlpool, we could not use it. Carpet and glass in the shower not clean.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, everything such as cup, tea was for one person in a double room

the host was really unfair. our friends came to the hotel to hang out and the host literally stalked us via camera and said they stayed with us where they had their own hotel room and made us pay extra on top of that. also asked us for their personal info because they stepped in to the room. which didnt make sense. the bathroom water heater kept going cold to hot to cold while in the shower. they said break fast was included but it was the same croissant everyday. will not ever go back
