This property was absolutely perfect! It was a great size, clean, safe, and great location. It was a block from the beach and walkable to tons of restaurants and stores. We can’t wait to come back again!

We had a great stay at Casa Misy. The owner and caretaker were very responsive and friendly. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, so an easy walk to all of the bars, restaurants, shops and North Beach. The unit was clean with a great balcony, overlooking the street. We didn't realize, until we arrived, that the balcony is shared with the guests renting the neighboring rental unit, which was totally fine with us; perhaps that was intentional for guests that want to rent both units at the same time. The AC works great and doesn't take long to cool the whole unit down at the end of the day. The bed is very firm. I have one suggestion for improvement, to provide a second set of bath, beach and kitchen towels, for guests that are staying longer than just a couple of days. Everything else was was great. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

I feel like I hit the jackpot with this listing! The location was ideal. Walking distance to everything on the north end of the island. The host and caretaker were exceptional and responded promptly to all my needs. I will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for 2 who want beach close by and perfect for walking to anything desired in downtown Isla Mujeres. Hildago, etc., etc. My wife and I loved it and will rent again if possible. Shower pressure was almost nonexistent, only drawback

Amazing location! close to restaurants and shopping a short walk to the beach easy area to grab a taxi and explore the island would definitely stay here again! Get an espresso martini from olivia’s across the street! Best on the island!!

This was a great little spot to stay. Close to the beach and all amenities the island has to offer. The kitchenette allowed for us to save a few bucks by making our own breakfasts and some peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the long days at the beach. We will be back!

Had a couple of minor issues after arriving, but Reginald saw to everything. He was VERY responsive. Great location, in the center of town, and one block from the beach. Well air conditioned (important), and the WiFi was strong. The showers were great. This is not the Ritz Carlton, but it more than adequatly meets your needs.

This property is situated right in the heart of Islas vibrant Centro district. It is a black away from the wonderful Miguel Hidalgo street. Because it is in el centro, expect the noise of a bustling community and the golf carts, however, the people watching from the shared balcony is great! In the evening, once you shut the doors to the room, the noise all but disappears. We didn't mind it though! access to the beaches is fantastic as well. The apartment was well stocked and fairly comfortable. It's small and the bed was very firm, but we spent little time there aside from sleeping since there is so much to do in Isla. We enjoyed our stay here, muchas gracias!

My friends and I have been traveling to Isla Mujeres for 30 years, over the years accommodations have changed dramatically as have our needs. We have found that staying in a home or apartment meets our needs more than a hotel would. This particular apartment is perfect for us and probably most couples who would like to be downtown. It has a small kitchenette/sitting room, a shared balcony and a medium size bedroom with a large comfortable bed. We had no problems and Reginald was quick to respond to our emails.

Everything was great and as advertised. Only complaint was low shower water presuure but had hot water and it really wasnt a big deal to me. 1st world problems. Great communication with property manager. Will definitely stay here again!

This location was better than advertised. Communication with Reginald was very prompt and helpful. There was some updating being done on all the units at this location so we got to peek into each, and any one of the 4 units would make for an amazing vacation! The pictures online do not do the apartments justice. We had a minor issue which Miriam responded to immediately. She was very sweet and helpful. Location was fantastic! Short walk to any kind of food you’d like, to the ferry, and to the beaches. We had no problems or complaints about noise. Laundromat is a couple minute walk if you don’t feel like doing it yourself. Poc Chuk is just a minute away and has the best breakfast! Incredibly convenient to use pin pad for door entry. No worrying about keeping up with a key. Plenty of water and towels supplied. We would absolutely stay here again in any one of the units offered!

This convenient little unit is locate right in the middle of downtown, Centro Isla Mujeres, North Beach. The patio/kitchenette/ living area a re cozy and stocked with all the supplies you will need for cooking. If you want to go out there are 3 dozen restaurants just a few minutes walk.

It didn't look like the pictures showed. Only the bedroom had air conditioning and the rest of the apartment was hot. We had to rent a hotel room for our stay in Isla for the week. Wish it was refundable..

We have stayed twice at this property. We had no problems the first time but this time seemed to be a cluster of problems that the owner tried help with some. The shower was broke the first night so we were credited back for that night and that was so nice of him. There was construction across the street that was loud for several days, an execution next door that left armed police outside our house everyday and loud neighbors above and next door. As I said the owner could not control these things but it ruined part of our trip. I wish we would have gotten our money back and moved to another resort.

The location is excellent. Reginald is responsive and professional. The apartment is fully stocked and had everything you need. I've stayed on the island several times, but I'll only be staying here now.

Best value in Isla Mujeres. This is the perfect set up for one couple. Perfect location. Short walk from ferry and to North Beach. Right in the heart of the downtown. You do not need a car. Really neat vibe. King size bed. AC was cold. Nice balcony. Many great restaurants close by. And North Beach was beautiful !!!!!!! For chairs and umbrella on the beach go to the Mayan Beach Club. Most places charge $300 pesos to rent. Mayan charges $600 but they were the only ones to apply that money as a credit towards your food and drink bill. We spent over $600 each day (so rental was free) and drinks and food there were excellent. Mayan also has the cleanest restrooms on the beach. First class beach set up. Lastly the apartment property owner Reginald was very professional, responsive and fair. Will definitely be back.

Had a great stay at Casa Missy. The location was perfect and although small the apartment had almost everything needed. (Could use a wine opener) We brought our own beach chairs and enjoyed the close proximity of Playa Sol and not much firthere to Norte. Hidalgo is on the next block so had no need for a golf cart. Loved the passcode locks so never needed to carry a key. Yes the music was loud from some nearby bars some nights but we closed everything up including our bedroom door and it wasn’t too bad. A/c in the bedroom was great and wifi was fairly consistent. The sofa could use a new cover as there was what appeared to be a cigarette burn on it and water pressure wasn’t the greatest but how can you complain for the price and location. We were very comfortable there and luckily it was open for a few extra days when we decided to extend our vacation. Reginald was amazing with his timely responses whenever we had a question. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This is the perfect location if you want to be in town. It’s a cute apartment close to the beaches and ferry, it’s very walking friendly. The owner and property manager are very responsive and kind. I’ll stay here again!

We recently returned from our stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it to other travelers. Its location can't be beat! A large porch (complete with hammocks!) allows you just to chill and watch life go by below in this authentic Mexican village. Everything you would want to do in town is a super easy walk and the beautiful beach is just a few blocks away. If you intend to explore other areas of the island, you can rent a golf cart from a dependable dealer right next door. You can't beat the convenience of this property! The island is very safe and the locals are warm and friendly. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and hope to return as soon as possible! Finally, the owner is very accommodating, helpful, and replied to any questions we had in a timely manner. Again, A+++

The place was minimal, but exactly as pictured and what we wanted! The apartment was clean, and the check in was very easy. Its a 2 minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Our neighbors that shared the balcony were so kind and fun, we loved hanging out there every night! Would absolutely stay here again.

location was excellent. Nice little place. Kitchen is adequate. Hammock on patio was great. Water pressure was great Every place but the shower. Just barely a trickle, makes it hard to get the soap out of your hair. Nice king bed.

The apartment was very nice, spotless, and well located. I stayed alone and felt very safe. The owner was very helpful and answered my questions to help me pack and to find the places I needed to in Isla Mujeres . I plan to return and stay a whole month next summer. Awesome. Thank you Richard.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We had the one bedroom on the second floor. Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, great shared terrace with a hammock. Bed was very comfortable as well. I definitely reccomend this property!
