Everytyhing was perfect

The apartment is really good located: several supermarkets and cafés nearby, friendly neighbourhood, bus stop around the corner, several places of interest at walking distance. Friendly host, who was easily reachable via WhatsApp, replied quickly and was willing to help/find solutions.

Unfortunately the apartment was by far not as clean as we expected. All bedclothes and towels had stains and spots. We had to wash all dishes to be found in the kitchen unit before using. Toilet and shower were not really clean. When we tried to wash the towels in the washing machine, we realized it didn`t work properly either. After contacting our host and sending him pictures, he willingly sent a cleaning service the next day. Unfortunately the guy who passed by hardly deserved this name and couldn`t really help. Consequently we took towels etc. to a nearby laundry and cleaned up the apartment by ourselves. Mattress in the main bedroom uncomfortable. Doors did not close properly.

it was quite noisy with lots of people coming and going banging doors and chatting loudly late at night. sheets were not very good quality and didn’t fit bed properly.

We really enjoyed staying at the property. It is definitely a great fit for families as it is spacious and in a great place away from the noise of the boulevards that is a common drawback for the big cities. Located on a walking distance (~20 to 25 mins) to almost all of the major attractions. The host was polite and helpful and assisted whenever it was possible.
