Belle maison de 5 chambres / 5 salles de bain dans une communauté fermée. Truly a hidden gem. Rich the property manager and Alec the owner were very responsive and accommodating. the house is large and well stocked, and the pool is incredible. we cannot wait to return for the next trip to stay here!

This home was the ideal spot for our family of 7 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. We all had our own bedroom and a private full bath which is so hard to find for a group our size. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept great! The house was exceptionally clean and the pool was a daily jackpot.

We had a wonderful trip with family and friends. The house was beautiful and we loved the pool!! We would recommend Heron House to anyone visiting Hilton Head!! Would love to return one day!! Thanks for the great memories!!

This property had everything you needed, and even more than you could want. The details, space and amenities at this home exceeded our expectations. Great for a family vacation! The home offered both privacy as well as spacious living areas to congregate. The POOL was amazing! Great time was had by all...five stars for both accomodations as well as service. The owner and property manager were both highly responsive. North end location convenient to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

We have been visiting HH for 25 yrs and this is by a long shot the best home we have stayed in. Based on price you can beat this deal. Comfortable furniture, Great Pool, Super Neighborhood and Very Private.

This property is amazing. The house is stocked with anything you can imagine. There were bikes, beach towels, the pool was amazing and the entertainment system is state of the art!! we had a great stay. We all wanted to stay longer. We have been going on family vacations to HH for over 10 years. This house rated #1 on our list. We are considering renting again in August if there is a week available before kids go back to school!! Thank you very much!!

Accurately described! Our group was beyond impressed, both indoor and outdoor areas were excellent for entertaining and relaxing. Perfect Hilton Head home. We were there for my son’s graduation from Marine Corps boot camp and it was about 50-55 mins to Parris Island!

We booked our family vacation to celebrate our Dad's milestone birthday. Heron House exceeded our expectations in every way. Alec was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. The house is private, spacious, well equipped, extremely comfortable and conveniently located to all area shops and restaurants. And the pool and spa were spectacular! While we enjoyed a few days at the beautiful local beach, most days we unanimously chose to stay at the house to enjoy the pool. It was an ideal family vacation... truly relaxing!!
We will definitely return to Hilton Head and we would definitely book this home again!!

We loved our stay at the Heron House. The house was well depicted from pictures on VRBO. I chose this house for the number of bedrooms, but primarily for the pool and it being well protected with a fence. We had our young grand children with us and safety with the pool area was a must. The home owner was very responsive and cordial in providing us with anything we needed! Would certainly recommend to to all!

This is an exceptional house and location. Although it's an older home, it is very well maintained, and it has modern amenities. The host thought of every detail (i.e., TV remote and local attraction guides) which made our stay relaxing, memorable and stress free. The pool and patio are the icing on the cake:) Definitely recommend this home.

Home was beautiful! Both family and friends were comfortable! Plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was gorgeous and perfect! Highly recommended for families both big and small or a retreat with friends.

This house was fantastic. It is even better in person than the pictures. We had two families with four kids total between 3-8 and it was a wonderful family house. You couldn't beat the pool with pool toys and the toys in the house were a wonderful addition as well. Alec was extremely responsive.
The neighborhood was beautiful and we loved scootering and biking through the streets. It was about 6 minutes to the beach and only a mile away from the grocery store (with a starbucks!).
I can see why this place has all 5 stars - don't hesitate- book now! We will definitely be back!

Amaaaazing home. Exactly as described and pictured, but shines and comes alive in person The bedrooms, each with private full bathroom, were spacious and comfortable. The living area was comfortable for a large group but still feels cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The extra living room “within” the kitchen was a favorite. Every room had a large TV, and access to everything via Roku and AppleTV, with easy instructions for it all. The 5 bikes were in great shape and easy for adult/teens, with 3 of them well sized for older kids. The pool was magnificent - warm, stunning and perfect- a highlight of our trip. The neighborhood in Hilton Head Plantation is a quiet one, dark at night (no street lights), and private. Great for peaceful evenings hearing the wind and birds. There’s plenty of stores, restaurants, etc right on Main St in the community, within 5 minutes. Otherwise, getting to other Hilton Head activities is a quick 10- 20 min drive. The owner was great, with super detailed instructions throughout the house, and almost immediate responses to our rare questions. Thanks!

Everything was great. Beautifully appointed. Great common spaces and eating areas. Ample dishwashing/washing machine soaps. Bring your bar or Bath soaps. Extra sets of bathroom towels would have been welcome. Plenty of beach towels.

This was our family's second stay at the Heron House. The property is amazing. Great layout with spacious bedrooms. Everything is very modern and clean. Backyard and pool area is great for relaxing and soaking up the beautiful Hilton Head weather. Close to shopping and the beach. Alec the homeowner is very responsive and helpful!

Our family of ten which included four grandchildren, thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Heron House. The pool area is the highlight of the house and it includes an excellent supply of lounge chairs and pool toys. The house is furnished very nicely and it included an ample supply of house necessities (paper products and kitchen bags). The beds are very comfortable. There were five bicycles of various sizes that were all used by us and a large number of beach chairs. The wagon was very handy on the days we went to the beach. This was an excellent spring break vacation! Thank you for having us stay in your beautiful home.

House was clean. Very safe and friendly neighborhood. Way more space than it appears in the photos. Plenty big for many guests, but we were very happy as a family of four. The pool was the highight. Amazing pool. Kids loved it. Everything worked the way it was supposed to work. Couldn't have been happier with how it all worked out.

Heron House on Hilton Head Island is a near perfect rental! The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. The outside spaces are wonderful and it’s nestled in a tremendous community. Centrally located on the island enabling short drives to all island attractions
Alec the owner was responsive and friendly. Communication was easy and we couldn’t have been happier.
Our family has used many rentals over the last decade and this was the first and only home where we never had to use our “rental supplies bag”. The home ACTUALLY provides ample quantities of toilet paper, dish detergent, et cetera.
Check in was super easy, dealing with trash was easy, and check out protocols were also reasonable and easy.
Our family will definitely seek out Heron House first in the future when we travel to HHI. Can not recommend passionately enough.

This is the most wonderful property! It is extremely clean and updated, and Alec spared no expense in stocking the house with all the extras you didn’t even know you needed. My children LOVED the pool and spa!! It is the best house I have ever rented and would definitely stay here again. Do yourself a favor and do not hesitate to book it!

We have never been able to spend so much time simply swimming, playing, and relaxing on our annual HHI trips as we did this year, at this house. Absolutely amazing pool and outdoor space. Great flow from kitchen to outside eating and grilling. Really appreciated and utilized the outdoor sound system and TV. Loved that all the bedrooms had attached bathrooms. Very clean and was exactly as pictured. Great house and great trip.

As listed-beautiful high-end house and pool in a residential gated neighborhood (plantation). Everything for a great vacation-go to beaches, restaurants, attractions but return to a quiet location with family or friends. Highly recommend!

Our Family Vacation
We have our family vacation every summer for two weeks. Son and daughter and their families with my wife and I. Ten people In all. The house was way better than we expected and we expected a very nice home. My children and grandkids had to have a pool and hot tub. This pool and hot tub was the best of any that we had thus far. I would recommend this poperty 110%

Our family of 8 needed a five BR house for our summer vacation. This house had 5 BR with 5 en-suites! It was perfect for us. The house had great amenities, with everything we needed on site. The pool is beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and never actually went to the beach!
The only unusual item that we felt was a bit odd was the many cameras around the pool and the Echo dots in every room. While these surely related to security and liability around pool safety and damage, it did feel intrusive. We unplugged the Echos (as instructed by the homeowner).

Pool Area, Floor Plan, Privacy!
Wow! We’ve rented several homes and have to yet to see one with: such a great layout; so well appointed; and in such great shape. Spent lots of time enjoying the Pool/Spa and patio area with amazing privacy! Heating the Pool/Spa was well worth it. Communication with Alec was pleasant and efficient (got us all squared away with driver/car passes). Over a week went by until we realized we left an item, Alec and Rich were more than helpful. Highly recommend this property.

The Owner and property manager were so easy to contact and when we had some issues when we got there with the tvs - they jumped right on it and fixed it right away! The home and pool were perfect, clean and they really supplied everything you could think of.
