Great for a family or 5 (Sleeps up to 6). Great location right in Waikiki Beach. The beach is literally a 4min walk and everything else is right outside your door including an ABC store (downstairs), shopping centre 5 mins away. Parking is the next street over (5min walk). The unit itself is nice and had what we needed. Needs a little TLC but met our needs (deadbolt doesn't work). Can be a little noisy at times but remember you are downtown. I would happily recommend this place to friends and family. Mahalo!

Our family of five enjoyed this property. It’s in a great spot, walking distance to anything you need and has close parking, which is a plus. The balcony had a great view and was spacious! There was not an oven, which is shown in the listing but we didn’t see that, so we had to get a little creative with using the toaster oven for cooking meals. If cooking meals is part of your budget be aware of this. Laundry rooms were a great plus and easy to use. There were some maintenance things - some ripped curtains, broken beach umbrella, couch needing cleaning, etc - but overall a great rental and great location.

Wonderful unit, clean, comfortable, great view and the location was perfect for us not having a car. We were able to walk to all our meals and beach, easy catching the tourist bus. One of my favorite features was the sliding wall divider from second bedroom to living room. I was able to open up and be a part of the conversation and see the beautiful view outside. Loved it! . The management was excellent, answered and responded quickly when we called.

And when I say perfect, I mean perfect! Perfect location. Unless you’re a slow walker, you’re on the beach in under 2 mins. Near all of the cool stores, shops, restaurants, hotels, etc. Perfect for a family of 4 plus. There was 5 of us, but we could’ve slept 6. Perfectly clean, beautiful condo. Perfect view out the lanai. I mean literally everything was wonderful. We will definitely look at rebooking this place next time we’re in Waikiki. Thanks all!

We enjoyed the condo very much. Slept 4 of us very well. The view was very nice. The property manager was available even though our flight was after midnight. The key was in a lockbox ready for us. Short trip from airport ($30 Uber). 1 block from beach--Waikiki main beach is a short walk. Kitchen was well stocked even had laundry pods (we had brought our own). The washer and dryer is one floor down--the credit card reader wasn't working--we had to download the app and pay minimum fee of $10. Condo could use a little TLC. Parking lot was convenient just a short walk and very nice to have that option. We felt safe. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants and right near the main strip (Kalakaua Ave.) full of shopping, etc. Loved that it had beach towels, beach chairs and mats and boggie boards.

The manager was excellent! He was prompt to respond to our request (missing dishwasher soap) and he was great at helping us out unloading our luggage. The checking process was friendly and quick.
I would agree that some of the furniture need some upgrades, and the dining room chairs being uncomfortable, but honestly, not a deal breaker. We not only found everything we needed to cook, but also a lot of beach stuff that we were able to use and not worrying about buying there (bodyboards, parasols, ground covers, even sand toys, though we didn't need them).
I would say, just buy a bodywash and shampoo. That was the only thing it ran out quickly.
Location is very convenient and we walked everywhere in the Waikiki area. I would definitely come back!

Excellent location, the 8th floor unit has a good outlook. Unit amenities are good. Excellent air conditioner. Warmed toilet seat was unusual. Laundry is separate, located near lift well. Check-in process was very good, met by a representative of Captain Cook Resorts, and the prearrival instruction were very good.A bit of floor clomping up in the 9th floor, but no idea whether that will be transient.Parking available ( though we did not need to get a car given the central location).Close to everything, and is a great place to stay. We enjoyed it there, and I would rate it as a very good option to consider for a stay in Honolulu, bigger than a hotel room, but still close in to the city centre in the hotel precinct.

Love the location, but for the price paid there were few things that were disappointing. Couch and dining chairs were stained, the shower head was moldy, and bathroom had a constant sewerage smell. The aircon in bedroom started leaking water, and soaked clothes and bags. Paul came and fixed it but again, for the price paid for the apt, it was poorly maintained. The dishwasher didn’t wash properly and can see calcification. The lid of coffee maker was broken, one of the sliding privacy windows in second bedroom was stuck and slide it open.

No one checked in with us during our entire stay in Oahu. I emailed Captain Cook after our stay to let you know the dishwasher leaks all over the kitchen floor when you run it , the tap in the shower in the bathroom is about to fall off and the tap in the bathroom sink drips when using. The water drains very slowly in the bathroom sink so it is likely plugged with hair. The frying pans are so cut up we were unable to use them, the toaster only works on one side and the overall cleanliness of this condo was very dirty. We had to put a sheet on the couch as it was filthy and throw our slippers away after the stay. My husband had to clean the grease off the stove hood and range to eliminate the strong grease odor. For the amount we paid for this condo we are were disappointed. Even after I sent an email I did not receive any follow up!!!!

We traveled as a family of 6 2 children 6 and under parents and grandparents. Located in a quiet yet easy accurate to the area. Parking area was very convenient. The unit was very clean and perfect for a small family. What a fantastic lanai to watch the sunset from. Furnishings might be a little worn but that is expected in a used unit. This was the perfect accommodation for our family of 5. Enough space to relax and kids to play, great kitchen set up and a beautiful location. We have 2 teens and a toddler so needed something that offered flexibility and this rental certainly delivered that. Teens could safely walk to shops or restaurants and quiet enough that toddler could sleep at lunchtime. Beach and lagoon was a short stroll away; and so is coffee!!! The location can't be beat, near the best of everything in Waikiki. Just for that alone, would stay here again. Also balcony views were stunning and the Friday night fireworks were on full display from the comfort of the sofa. The rental itself could've used much better upkeep. The AC unit in the living room was missing a flap that controlled the direction the air blew, so basically can't sit on the sofa or within 10 feet without getting blasted with cold air. Ended up not using it and dealing with the heat. Also the bidet in the bathroom smelled and apparently the cleaners decided it wasn't important to clean the part where the water sprayed out, ended up cleaning ourselves and were pretty grossed out. Also bidet randomly didn't work sometimes. Overall, place is worth staying at and property manager was really nice, but they really could do better about keeping the place in better condition.
