Charming home near the U of U
Cette mise à jour 1928 maison de briques est idéalement situé à distance de marche de l'Université de l'Utah, et un court de 15 minutes de l'aéroport et à 30 minutes des stations de ski populaires à Park City et les canyons de Cottonwood. Beautiful restored old home in a great location to get around SLC.
Didn’t notice one bedroom had bunk bed only which was a little problem for our six foot 33 year old son.
Otherwise lovely stay all around

We chose to stay at this property while our son attended new student orientation at UU. The home is very close to campus, clean and well kept and the host is amazing and responsive. We will definitely stay here again for our visits.

Really enjoyed our stay. comfortable and clean. We were there with our adult daughter and there was room to spread out. beds were comfortable. Love the character of older homes like this! We were able to walk to several restaurants (within a mile-easy walking). The master bathroom is small and my only suggestion would be to add some floating shelves above the toilet to place personal items. Appreciated the washer/dryer with supplies! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We appreciated that the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked decently, but we could have use a couple more coffee cups. The location worked really well as we were visting U of Utah and going skiing. It's very easy to get to both from this house. We could also walk down to the local coffee shop - Java Jo's from the house. Thanks for a great stay!

We were in town to attend the Utah Florida openning college football game. The house is close to the stadium and worked out great for us. Would highly recommend this location if you are attending events at the University. The house was as it was in the listing

We were in town for an event at the campus, which is right up the road. We did a few adventure drives to Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon, both very easy to get to.
Kitchen could use a nice skillet and lid, but otherwise we had everything we needed. Bedrooms were nice and dark and comfortable.

Property was clean and as advertised. Owner was very responsive to any questions. We were attending an event at Rice Eccles stadium and the property is a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Our second time staying at the owner's house. It is in the perfect location between the hospital and Sugarhouse clinics to make all the appointments easily. Owner was able to fix our booking error within hours of us noticing it. Thank you again for sharing your house with us.

Great location within walking distance to the Utes stadium as well as plenty of restaurants! Perfect location to stay for appointments/meetings/events at the University of Utah, University hospital or Huntsman. Comfortable house with everything you need for preparing basic meals. Absolutely would book again!

Wonderful three bedroom house close to all things Salt Lake City. We skied in Little Cottonwood and Big Cottonwood canyons, access was 20 minutes. The house is clean, well stocked and comfortable. Rob communicates well and is very easy to work with. I would give this property my highest recommendation!

Quiet nice stay
The house was located close to the places we wanted to visit. The master bath is small, the furniture looks like it came from a second-hand store, but everything was functional. We had a very nice time and enjoyed the quiet.

Ski Trip/Visit with my son

Nice and Easy
House was great and location just outside of downtown was 5 min away from restaurants. Owner was nice and easy to work with. Had some older house charm to it! We went snowboarding at three different mountains during our stay and the house made the drive similar to all of them.

Loved this place
Place was super clean and configured for a guest stay, as well as a short distance from lots of trails, walking distance to a great coffee shop, and in a college setting to make it feel active. It was also a block away from an old cemetery which was super neat with tons of deer running around and beautfil views. Thanks, Rob!

Great house.
Love how large and spacious the house is. There's also a ton of windows and natural light, and a cute little front porch. The house is close to a bus route which made it really convenient to get around town.

UT adventure
Nice and clean place to stay and close to everything we had plan on doing.
Outside steps a little steep for the older ladies, but did have better steps that they could use at back door.

A visit with our two U of Utah kids
The house is perfectly situated near the U. It's an easy drive to downtown, shopping in Sugar House, hiking in the canyons, skiing at the many resorts, exploring Park City, or a day trip to the beautiful Uintas. This is our third stay at Rob's house and we love the sunlit windows, cozy fireplace, and the pretty landscaping.
