Bedroom size and design is amazing and the balcony views were amazing

The breakfast menu can be improved , with more offerings i.e there was no bacon offering, fried tomatoes , the common items for international breakfast offerings

Nice room with balconi.

Breakfast was okay, but organization was not always well. Sometimes we had to wait long for new coffee / food. Checkout was confusing, personell did not know who payed already. Also Airport transfer was already ordered several hours before checkout but Taxi was not ready (waiting for more than 30 minutes to get one then)

Locations is very convenient. All members of staff was very nice, friendly, smiling and always happy to help. It was very comfortable to stay with a baby, as stuff was ready to help with everything. For example, adjusting foods, cooking vegetables etc. Our room had very good shower. Water pressure and temperature control was set perfectly. Baby bed was very clean and had nice bedsheets. Room had very nice lighting. We enjoyed the nice terrace. Rooms have very good sound isolation.

Stroller ramp was broken, sometimes towels we got were a bit torn, so do bedsheets. Room door was creaking, which caused me worries that baby would wake up. There were some old stains on the carpet. Shoe horn was absent. Breakfast was very weak and same every day.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walking from Tbilisi State University and bus stop. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is generally friendly.

More attention to details is needed and also better customer service at the reception. Airport transfer needs improvement. One night, hot water was just warm, I called the reception and I got slow feedback. Menu in the restaurant is not professional.

The rooms were spacious and located in Upper Vake. You tend to run into traffic while getting to the hotel from old city. The breakfast spread was decent and the restaurant was not crowded.

I had short stay at the hotel just to refresh after a flight before long drive to Gudaury. Room was clean with everything you need plus very comfortable bed. Basic but delicious breakfast & welcoming staff.
