But - you have to call to reception for everything by old mobilephohe, which sometimes works, sometimes not - the personnel is very nice and polite, but almost every time there is some misunderstanding or something forgotten - your order drink, you get another one, you ask for the bar in the room to be replenished, they do not come, or bring one piece - the all inclusive does not worth it (at the same time, there is no option around, but I would say, better pay for what you order than AI) - the breakfast is fine, except that every day they serve you something else than you want or that was on the same menu previous day, something is missing, the eggs are different style than your ordered etc. For the money, you get one coke in the fridge and you have to ask for everything. the food for dinner OK, but not really worth it and the alcohol you are served with - no comment, at least 10 dollar wine would be decent, but the one we got cost 3 dollars and was from chile, means the money were spent merely on the transport of the “wine” to SriLanka.

If i could give this booking a zero rating i would. The room was nice to look at from a distance, would not recommend this to anyone.

We booked the sky habitat villa with private plunge pool, what they dont tell you is that the bathroom is outdoor with no doors or any protection from the numerous bugs at the property. We spent a total of 5 hours tops at the hotel and had to find our own transportation out of there. The reason we made it to 5 hours becauss 2 of those we were eating. Once we got to the room, we were unable to use the bathroom as it was a constant struggle with trying to keep the cockroaches and beetles away from us. The toilet seat was covered with huge ants. It felt very unsafe and unhygenic.

The hotel is unique. Luxary rooms in the middle of wild nature. Views are breathtaking. Thank you to housekeeping-they doing great job. Every corner of the property so clean. Old ladies who taking care of greenery around are so cute and friendly. All staff was friendly and helpful in general. Special thank you to Indu (lady at the restaurant), she is so nice and Dinuka was very helpful.

This was the most incredible hotel experience ever. So me and my partner were on our engagement trip and to a couple of hotels we had let them know that tis was the case. No one did as good as Aarunya Nature Resort. They did everything and more. It started with the room, which was so beautiful with the most incredible view over the mountaintop and rainforest, the bed was filled with flowers with our names on. For dinner they had prepared a table for us with flowers and made a dessert cake with the text "Congratulations". There was a Jacuzzi on the room that we used and the overall service was the best I ever witnessed. I could not have wished for more.

Fish tacos and the welcome snacks was good. But the dinner could have been made better. For dinner we had a crab soup that needed a lot of extra salt and it was missing coriander. The Kuttu Roti was nothing special. The presentation of the food did not give you a wow feeling.

location. the view was supposed to be better

1. outside bath ran out of hot water after just filling about 20%. It took 3 HOURS and a lot of complaining to get the hot water back. This means we couldn’t even shower in this time as there was no hot water because their GEYSER IS TOO SMALL. To the hotel - if you gonna build a 150 liter outside bath. make sure you have enough coverage for hot water . Other wise remove the bath, because you are basically attracting guests with a false perception of what you can offer. 2. Pool water heater was only turned on hours after our stay. Too late basically . 3. amenities suck - shampoo and conditioner feel like glue 4. hairdryer is TERRIBLE. will take hours to dry your hair . why such bad appliances? for the price of stay 5. view - was suppose to be good but a bunch of trees in the way - really smart planting them infront of the view? right overall don’t sell all the amazing pictures online and host a USD 1000 stay for a promise you can’t live up to. this place is not value for money. if it was 35% of the price then it’s more worth the money.

One of the best hotel managers I have ever stayed in! Mr Alec is the best! I am impressed with how elegantly he solves the most difficult problems. Exceptional view from our Sky Villa, great room service, amazing spa and restaurant! I am very satisfied with my stay in this hotel

The view is stunning, staff really attentive. We loved the dinner experience in the traditional hut.

Views are really amazing, the view from our balcony was spectacular 👌🏽 also yasith the bartender was the best, I really appreciate his effort to serve us and had amazing chats with him

We stayed for 2 nights One night in sky Tented villa it was above and beyond!! View, interior design every thing. The other night : premium villa, it was very basic, a lot of things needs to be changed when we taking about the enterior design and colors otherwise the view is still fabulous
