Having the power turned off while my wife was still getting ready to leave the room because I followed the online checkout.
Next time give us time to at least leave the room.

Stayed due to flight diversion from Sydney to Adelaide. Arrived 11pm, so very grateful to get a comfortable room for a few hours sleep before an early rescheduled flight. The location is so fantastic - a quick walk from the airport. Staff were really lovely, and the room was ace.
Super pricey - but all of Adelaide was due to all the flight cancellations and a big AFL match.

Photos did not do it justice. The room was spacious, modern and faultlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Too good for an airport lay over and i will be recommending it to any traveller.
Only would suggest thicker toilet paper.

The bed and ease for the airport for 6am flight. Food was amazing. Sign in was so easy.
Cups in rooms are way to small, needs mugs. Price is a little too much for the room standard.

Location within airport! Perfect for a 7 hour layover with 3 little kids. Bathroom spacious and hotwater was at a great pressure!! Everything worked as it should have and check in was so easy!!
Morning manager was grumpy at 0530 on a Wednesday morning but I guess we all would be. Just check out process could have been clearer.

On this occasion they had upgraded our room and left a welcome gift in our room and a free drink each in the bar.
