La comodidad del apartamento, la tranquilidad, las vistas de Niza desde las ventanas del apartamento. Jean Louis es muy amable y tiene total disponibilidad para facilitarte la estancia. Las camas son muy cómodas.

Por comentar algo la bañera demasiado alta.

Everything was fabulous and Jean Louis is an incredible person. Thank you for everything.

The villa provided 2 comfy bedrooms and a nice view from the living room over the Nice valley. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was polite and had some basic food products stocked for us in the fridge.

The location is not the best as it is either a 15 minutes taxi ride away from the city itself or a 1 hour bus ride including the waiting on the unprotected bus stop. Parking would be impossible, the bathroom did not had a shower, but only a short shower head and a bath tub. Despite being quite remote, there is still traffic on the street that you can easily hear while sleeping through the uninsulated window sills. From the pictures we were expecting a "whole place" with garden and sunbeds, but it turned out it is a basement floor without garden access within the house where the host lives.

Jean Louis was very helpful, and it was great to have tomorrow's breakfast and coffee there when we arrived! Being able to wash clothes was great. The bus is convenient (can buy tickets online) and we could easily get groceries delivered from carrefour.

The bed was much firmer than we preferred. The steps were tricky with a pram. The road right outside has no footpath.

We enjoyed the view from the apartment and the fact that had everything we needed for a 5 nights stay! Even though we did not meet the host he answer to our questions and provided what we asked for.

Jean had been very helpful.. it's a beautiful stay for families with young kids.. lots of space and very nicely kept with considerations like baby cot.. Jean had already kept lots of food items for our breakfast.. bread, jams, milk, biscuits which was very welcoming... The location is on a hill so just be mindful of the bus 64 timings.. otherwise cab ride is also affordable 🙂🙂 really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it
