The home was amazing! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, central to many shops and outdoor activities!

The place was more spacious than I thought. The location was better than I anticipated. Pleasantly pleased. The stairs as stated in other post a little challenging but with the awareness provided shouldn’t be a problem. The bed a little hard for those in the front bedroom upstairs

Vacation these days for our family has to include the ability to make our own dinners and lunches! So we almost always check our VRBOs when it’s time to start planning! This place was perfect for us! We planned on going to a few places around the Santa Cruz area (mystery spot and Roaring Camp trains) and this home was a perfect middle ground. The kitchen had what we needed and the bedrooms and baths were clean. We were able to bbq on the patio and lots of fridge space. We were comfortable and had a great time!

Really enjoyed our stay. If we were to rent a few days longer, can we get a different price next time we’re in Santa Cruz.

It is a lot bigger in person than it looks like in the pictures .There is everything you need here and is close to so many cool places to check out in Santa Cruz. This is our second time staying at this location & both times have been absolutely wonderful! This is a great place to stay as a family in Santa Cruz. The house is charming, clean, & equipped with everything we needed. It’s a short drive to downtown Santa Cruz & the Boardwalk. We highly recommend this place!

The house is cute and modern with plenty of room for a family. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. There were ample towels in the bathrooms and plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The neighborhood is nicely situated. Definitely recommend to other families looking for a quiet, cozy place to stay!

We had a family reunion in Ben Lomond so this location was perfect to enjoy the reunion and the beaches of Santa Cruz. We loved relaxing on the front lawn area too. Great location and nice home!

Stayed here with my sister and three adult cousins. There was plenty of space and the house was clean. Seanna was great, and we would stay here again!

Was a great place to stay in SC. Maybe some of the dishes/kitchen items could use an upgrade and carpet needs a wash or change out but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This was an excellent alternative to staying in a hotel for the 5 days of our training!

We stayed here as a family of 5 (2 adults, 1 kindergartener, and toddler twins). The location is quite convenient and located near some great places (shoutout to Water St. Grill for a great kid-friendly dinner!). It's great that there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the full kitchen was well-stocked. The whole place was clean and had extra sheets, towels, etc. We loved that there were plenty of beach towels and toys and chairs. However, the uneven stairs (as mentioned in the listing) need to be noted here as well because you really need to pay attention and be careful when using them. Some stairs were shorter than others and some were shallower, and in particular the bottom step is shallower than the others. I was holding on to the railing and I still slipped and fell on the last step due to the uneven stairs. I wasn't injured but easily could have been. Please be sure to pay special attention when using the stairs..

Everything was clean and updated for a refreshing and homey place to stay. Heater on back porch was great. Only problem we had was plugs in downstairs bath didn't work. We tried resetting breaker and they still didn't work. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice and clean!

Beautiful home for our sibling + s/o adventure. As adults, we enjoyed a place to relax after surfing and Abbott square adventures. The AC in the upstairs bedrooms was a huge bonus and being able to do laundry!

I made the reservation in February and then had to update the dates by one day in June; I was refunded immediately by the homeowner. Communication process 2 days prior to our arrival was easy to understand. Quaint neighborhood less than 2 miles from the beach, grocery shopping and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk! Perfect sized kitchen, just 1 1/2 baths and 3 bedrooms! Beds VERY comfortable! Used the grill our last night. Beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards available for use! Would definitely stay here again!

Place is very cute. Everyone absolutely loved the beds and we liked the kitchen. The location of the home is perfect close to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, well maintained, well stocked with kitchen items, bath items, beach towels and chairs, bedding and just about everything needed during our stay. The location/neighborhood felt safe, comfortable and convenient. We would love to stay here again and we would recommend to friends/family.
